Sofa covers

My wife was not pleased with sofa covers ,which were returned 2nd January- still no word if recieved or money in our bank.
Strange how it takes 2 days to take money ,but nearly a month to return said money

I have ordered several items from …

I have ordered several items from best direct everything was fine until you return an item. Post office have said no one was in so couldn't be delivered left a card no pick up at the sorting office so has been returned to me after over 18days I sent back 4th July looks like they don't like people returning stuff which is at our cost I will not be using again something don't seem right any one else experienced that problem

Update

I would have given zero stars as I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls requesting refund for damaged air conditioning unit I have never dealt with such an incompetent company and customer service support is none existent in this day and age refunds should be paid within a couple of days.
I will never purchase anything from them ever again and wouldn’t recommend too my worst enemy

Have just received another email asking for same information but have noticed it’s from different person and different reference number delaying tactic so not to pay refund.
Have also complained to SKY TV regarding this company

I annoyed wanted to buy 2 bottlles of…

I wanted to buy 2 bottlles of restorye £29 95 postage was £5 95 and then another £2was added on was told it was a service charge or something I then CANCELLED and will not be using best direct again with these high postage cost and then adding another £2 on just money grabbing company

VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY, BEWARE!!!

This company deserve zero stars. Received the product but in the meantime spoke to a friend who had ordered the same product and it had given her a skin allergy and as I suffer from dermatological issues, I sent the entire package back to this company unopened at my own cost stating the reason for return. Didn’t expect any issues as they have 100% return promise. Didn’t hear anything from them despite my having proof of delivery so have now had to take a case out with PayPal. Be warned, this company will steal your money.

i ordered some cleaning stuff in which they said i could get it sent next i paid a higher rate for this service i still haven't received it they have taken my money every time i ring costumer service they say they will call back but still i have heard nothing very poor service i will never use them again
