The product looks great.

The product looks great, however the instructions are almost impossible to read (non existent) they need to be much clearer. We had to go to You Tube for clearer instructions. Delivery was great and quick.

Rotorazer Garden Multitool PRO.

Rotorazer Garden Multitool PRO.
Very poor build quality, plastic and metal strimmer attachments are not suitable for the job, both broke within seconds.
The length of the item makes it very difficult to get the correct angle for edging.
Changing the cut height for the grass cutter is not easy due to the incorrect sizing of the spanner supplied.
The instruction book is not easy to follow.

No effective means of reporting a faulty product

I bought an Invictus 2 with the floor tools from the TV and it was delivered to me.. It is unusable because the dust canister opens when using the cleaner. I contacted JVC through the contact form on their website and didn't receive a reply until a few week after, The reply tells me my ticket wis being closed due to inactivity. This mail is non reply and gives me a link to click on. The link is some kind of message portal where I'm told I've emailed the wrong manufacturer and says please sign in to respond. I don't have any account with JVC to sign into and there is no button to create an account/login. I simply used their website contact form where the cleaner I purchased is being sold but It appears from their message that they are saying they are not responsible for the cleaner because they are not the manufacturer, so why not give me an email address for the people whom they say are?. I'm a 73 year old female living alone stuck with a useless cleaner that cost £119.00 and would give them no stars if I could.

Hit and miss over quality of products

Hit and miss over quality of products. My wife made the mistake of ordering bra’s following their guidelines. She went up a size and ordered Large only to find they were still no where near her size ( far too small ). This cost us £4.45 to return them.
