I placed an order on April 11th and…

I placed an order on April 11th and reached out to Beacon Threads. They finally replied on May 29th and apologized for the delay and assured me I would receive my order. Its July and they have disappeared. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If I could give them a -5 Stars

If I could give them a -5 Stars, I would! The absolute worst company. Take your money and you get nothing but excuses, and then you’ll start getting no responses from them either. They’re scammers, liars and have no integrity. Don’t buy anything from them.
I purchased items on May 4, 2025 as graduation gifts scheduled for the end of May and beginning of June. Still nothing.

I am very disappointed in beacon

I am very disappointed in beacon. I have shopped with them before and this last order I have yet to receive, which I placed back in April 2025. I have also received generated emails about my delivery and NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT! Very disappointed!

They are a scam

This place is a scam. Had ordered from them last year and still had not received my order. So now I have to take a lost with that do not use these people they are posting as Christians to get peoples money

I placed 2 orders

I placed 2 orders, one in February of 2025 & 1 in March of 2025 for my sister and I. Like the rest of their customers I still have not received my merchandise and have repeatedly asked for my $ back only to get generated emails saying they would send me a tracking update. I've received NOTHING and I want my $ back!

Ordered from this company on 2/28

Ordered from this company on 2/28. Read their site so I knew it may take a while to get my items. Reached out on 04/27 to inquire about order fulfillment and received a message on 5/3 saying my items would be sent out that week. Received shipping notifications on 5/13. To date the status of those say "label created, USPS awaiting item". Yea these people are about as Christian as the evangelicals, just taking people money. They were constantly running some type of sale or promo on items they knew people would never receive. I submitted a dispute with my card company and luckily received my money back. Upon checking today, they've removed all products from their site and all of their social media pages are gone. Maybe they got tired of scamming us and decided to call it quits. Maybe.

Anyway, I created my own faith based label- www. faith4fireapparel .com. You'll actually receive the merchandise you paid for.

I placed an order with Beacon Threads…

I placed an order with Beacon Threads back in February, and as of July, I still have not received my tracking information or the product. Despite multiple follow-ups, they promised to send tracking but never did. I have also requested a full refund, and my emails have been completely ignored.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I was excited to support a faith-based brand, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. If you value communication, reliability, and basic respect as a customer, I do not recommend ordering from Beacon Threads.

Never received my order

Order placed February 5th, 2025 and to date, I haven't received my items. No tangible response from the so-called business after several attempts. Beacon Threads is out here scamming people.

Shipment

Like everyone else, I ordered a shirt and they placed the same tracking number on two different customer orders so when it showed that I received my order, I did not. It went to the other person with same tracking number. I have reached out to them 3 times to no avail. Would not recommend ordering from them ever again. Each time I email to check, I get the blanket response, we’re overloaded but will get your order out within the next two weeks. It’s been 3 months since I first ordered. Have ordered before but will not be ordering again.

I am so disappointed in this company

I am so disappointed in this company. I have placed orders in the past with no problem that's why I haven't bothered to read any resent reviews. What really makes me mad is that reading these reviews and looking at the dates of the complaints of people go far back, orders placed in the beginning of the year. I placed my order back on April 30th to be exact, if they knew they were having trouble with their company why would you keep sending out sale advertising emails and taking new orders. Just like everyone else I sent emails questioning my order and was told sorry for the delays your order will be shipped within the week. That promise was made on June 3rd. Very unprofessional, like I have 50 some dollars to just be giving away. This is why so many companies suffer with sales because people loose trust in spending their hard-earned money on merchandise they are not receiving, or the service is crappy. Really hope they can get it together; they have some really nice items. I don't wish bad business on no one, but don't do people like this. I need my order or my money back.

I truly wished that I took the time to read the reviews before ordering. I've ordered a few shirts back in May,but never received them. Now, I've learned that you can't even get in contact with them. Folks work way too hard for their money to be getting screwed over! SHAME ON YOU, BEACON THREADS!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with Beacon Threads

I placed an order with Beacon Threads, spending 51.00 on shirt and hats. My order never came. I emailed them, and they kept telling me that orders were backed up and they would make sure they would send my order the next week. Two times they emailed me this and then I asked for a refund and didn't hear from them anymore. Is there a way to request a refund or report this business?

Never received products

As everyone else on this forum, I have placed orders over the past few months and received the same generic responses. At this point, it is theft doe all of us. Their website no longer exists; I have to wonder if they filed for bankruptcy or simply closed up overnight. I had placed several orders in the past and was always satisfied with my experience. It is very upsetting and I am going to dispute the charges as well.

Lack of Follow-Through from a Beacon Threads

I’ve supported Beacon Threads for years and have always admired what they stand for as a small, minority-owned, Christian business. That’s why it’s so disappointing to write this review.

I placed an order on May 1st and, nearly two and a half months later, I still have not received my items. There were no delays or backorder notices posted at the time of purchase. I followed up on May 19th and was told to allow two more weeks. I respectfully waited—but received no update or tracking. I followed up again on June 3rd, and received the same vague response. I sent additional emails on June 12th and June 20th, both of which went unanswered.

I truly tried to extend grace and patience, but the lack of follow-through and transparency has been deeply frustrating. At this point, it feels like I’m being strung along. I’ve kept all the receipts and email threads, and it’s clear this is not just a simple oversight.

It’s incredibly disheartening to see a brand that built its name on faith and integrity operate in a way that now feels dismissive and unaccountable. I would’ve gladly accepted a confirmed ship date, a small gesture of goodwill, or even honest communication. But none of those things have happened.

This isn’t just about a product—it’s about trust. And right now, Beacon Threads has lost mine.

I sincerely hope they return to the values they once represented, because their current practices are not only unprofessional—they’re dishonoring to the community they’ve built.

Never received my order

Like everyone else, I placed an order on March, 22, 2025 and never received it. I wrote them an email on May 3rd and they responded:
Hi,
We want to start by sincerely thanking you for your patience and support. We know this delay has been frustrating, and we deeply apologize for the wait.
While the initial holiday rush created a backlog, the continued overwhelming demand for our products has extended our production and fulfillment timeline beyond what we anticipated. As a small team committed to crafting every item in-house with care, we have been working tirelessly to catch up and ensure every order is fulfilled with the quality and love you deserve.
At this time, we expect remaining orders to be shipped within the next 1 to 2 weeks.
You will receive a tracking update as soon as your order is on its way.
If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We truly appreciate your patience and grace as we work through this, and we are so grateful for your support.

Unfortunately they never sent the items, so I filed a claim with Chase and was refunded. I had ordered from the before and although it took a long time to arrive, I was happy with my purchase. I wish they had sent my items because they are a great conversation starter about faith.

So disappointed in this company

So disappointed in this company! I ordered $84 worth of merch and have yet to receive a thing! I’m just now reading the reviews and am so sorry I didn’t see them before. I didn’t feel a need to check reviews because I had ordered before and received every item. Unfortunately I've lost money, but now I know I’m not the only one and, that brings me s o m e comfort and ability to move on- a bit wiser!
