Purchased several shirts on May 23, 2025. I reached out to them in mid June as to when I would receive my order and I was told within a few weeks. The following day, I see all these bad reviews about this olace and so when I went online to view my order status, I was not able to view my order anymore. The website has been taken off, THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THERES NO WAY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM.

Like so many others, I placed an order in February 2025 and never received a tracking number or merchandise. This is a disgrace! Claiming to be a Christian based company, but you don’t fulfill your obligations. And you don’t process a refund for the orders you know you didn’t fulfill. Sending emails with false promises! #lies Shame on you!!!!

I (along with many others I see as I read the reviews) order 10 tee shirts in Feb 2025. I had ordered multiple things before and never had a problem. I have contacted the company 5 times starting end of May 2025 hoping to get an ETA on a shipping notice. Each time I was told holiday back log, etc and each time a promise of shipping within 2 weeks and what seemed like sincere apologies. The last time I was told they had instructed shipping to get it out by the end of the week. That was June 18. As of today , July 9 I have officially given up on ever getting them. Calling it a loss. Lesson learned!

Do not order from them! The first time I ordered everything was perfectly fine then I placed an order in February and never received my order my shipping info or anything. I reached out to them and they said they were in backlog with orders from the holidays and that my order should be shipping out in one to two weeks a month later I followed up and got the same story a month later I followed up and got the same story again. I recently reached out to them last week to tell them at this point just cancel my order I don’t want it anymore and I haven’t even gotten a response back. Such a shame because they actually have really nice merchandise.

Placed order in April and May NOTHING!!! I would not order anything from here.! I asked for a refund!!!!!

I would not give this company ANY STARS!!!! Placed an order March 10th for a birthday gift. I was told it was on the way. This is July, 4 months later and still no products that I spent my hard earned work money on. I want my MONEY BACK!!!!

If I could give them a lower score, I would. Placed an order in mid-February, and almost exactly 4 months later, nothing has been delivered. Sent more emails than I can count. Find another vendor that will deliver Christian-themed gear. I've filed a BBB complaint (they have many filed against them).

I ordered something for a friend's July birthday in April, a hat to match a sweatshirt I'd gotten for the same friend at Christmas. It is now 3 months later and past her birthday and I still havr not gotten it. I got a response a couple of times assuring me it would be sent out soon. I haven't gotten a response to the most recent email communication I sent. I'm extremely frustrated it has taken this long, which is WAY beyond any kind of normal timeframe. And I noticed today my link took me to a dead site as did their Google search. I'm glad it was just one small item but I'm gonna guess and assume that I am not getting it and that I have lost the money and been scammed by a company I thought was a reputable faith-based company. I'm frustrated and angry.

to get your money back! After my bank reached out to them they tried to hit them with they have a shipping label now!!! I uploaded photos where folk said even after this they don’t get a refund or the merchandise SO MAKE YOUR BANK and you will get your money back!!!!

I never had a problem with prior orders, but the last two were not good. I ordered in April and still have not received my shirts. I probably will not order for awhile.

Thieves! Liars! I placed an order on April 27th and it’s now July 5th. I have emailed them SEVERAL times and keep getting the same email saying they got a hold of their shipping company and it’s being shipped out. I’m disputing with my bank on Monday.

Like many other reviewers, I made a purchase in April (April 6th). I was sent the following apology email: "Hi,

I was fine with a delay, (it's a small business promoting the Kingdom) but over time, when I inquired, I was given an AI response, each time I requested a refund.

Oftentimes, when a business is having difficulty meeting orders they will have a flash sale, knowing that they will not be able to meet the orders so they can recoup at least some finances before declaring bankruptcy. I am not sure if that is what happened. If it was, it wasn't right. I pray for Beacon Threads and the family that owns the business that Abba would bring good out of this unfortunate circumstance that caused their customers to lose and the owners to suffer embarrassment. It was a great product and while it isn't great to have not received the goods that I paid for, nor compensation for what I have given, (I was upset and honestly disappointed initially) I do feel compassion whether this was done maliciously or not. I pray for justice, accountability, and that good would triumph over evil. Blessings to the family. I forgive you and I feel bad that it came to this for your beautiful company. God is still good! ❤️🙏🏾❤️

Much like the others on this post, I placed an order and never received my merchandise nor a refund. I reached out several times and even received a response once.It is unfortunate that they went out like this, but they will reap what they sow. I’m thankful that my order was small. Oh well. ZERO STARS!!!

Zero if I could! Lost money ! They dont reply emails. Now they shut down the website.

I only give 1 star because I can't give 0! I ordered in the past and had no issues so I didn't think twice when I ordered on March 21 of this year. Needless to say, April 30 I hadn't received my order and it was for a function on May 5. I asked them to cancel the order and they promised it would ship within 3 weeks. Here we are in July and I still haven't received my order and the links to their page AND my order are no longer working! SCAMMERS!

I placed an order Fed 2025 and sent a lot of emails just be told I would get tracking in a week or so.. very sad I have been ordering from them for some years.....

0 STARS! I have been patient and lied to. Now there site is taken down and they dont respond to emails and tried to get assistance with SHOP as well which has not been helpful. I really had no problems with beacon in the past maybe taking over a month but I place my order in Feb and its now July and sporadic messages telling me its being sent out that week, we'll sorry if I dont beleive that anymore. Small buisness or not, you respond, you update. What you dont do is ghost a payed customer.

I ordered over $130 worth of merchandise in February '25 and waited patiently for the 7-10-week shipment period, which I still believe is too long. I continuously reached out to them after the expected shipment weeks passed and kept receiving unhelpful emails. This is disappointing, especially since I have been ordering from this company for the past five years. Now, all their social media accounts and website are no longer available, which is very frustrating.

I ordered over $118 but have still not received anything. Just lie after lie emails. I am in dispute with my credit card now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unreal!
