Purchased items, really like the product and wanted to lookout for a local Christian company. However, continually had issues with orders being delivered. My 1st order, I was allowed to pick it, each order since 30-45 days. I'm still waiting on and order paid for on 31 Jan 25......smh

I have ordered from this company in the past. In Jan I ordered 3 items money was paid and the items still have never been sent. I emailed after a few weeks regarding the receipt of my order and I would get automatic emails in regards to they had multiple orders, be patient just a lot of excuses. It has been 6 months and I see this company has no contact information to receive a refund. I’m highly upset because they used religious words to fraud people of their money. I give 0 stars!

I ordered back in May 2025 and after a month reached via email. I was told I would recently eve the order in the next two weeks due to high order volume. I was patient and still nothing. I decided to email again and was met with disappointment that the site no longer exist.

To just disappear and not send my order and not return my money is theft by all accounts. Very disappointing and at the very least either send my money back or my order.

I truly loved their merchandise and would have never expected this outcome.

I have previously ordered from Beacon threads and never had a problem until now. They took my money and never gave me my product. I have emailed them numerous times . Their response always seem to be a generic response same old same still no results . There's not even a website anymore. Shame on them!

I should have looked at this site before I purchased over 50 dollars of items over (3) months ago. Still have not received my items. I went to site today 7/26/2025 and it stated “this site is not available”.

I think I got ripped off!

I placed my order back in May and never received it. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I was continually told that it was on its way. Unfortunately, it never arrived, and the communication eventually stopped altogether.

I placed an order on May 7, 2025, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve ordered from this company several times before, and they were slow to ship the orders, but I would eventually receive them. After a few weeks, I emailed them to check the status of my most recent/last order, and they responded a couple days later saying there was a delay in shipping but noted I would receive a tracking number soon. I never heard anything else from them. I’ve emailed them several times after that with no response, and now the website is gone. I am completely disappointed with Brandon and Anita. They took my money and have not attempted to send me my items. A refund would be nice if you’re not going to send me what I paid for. I’ll be submitting a complaint with the BBB.

Like many others I have placed several orders over the last few years. NEVER had an issue until this year. Several AI generated emails saying I would recieve my package. No acknowledgement of my desire for a refund. I wonder if the company was sold. Very disappointed my kids won't get their gifts.

We don't battle against flesh and blood. Instead of bashing or complaining, lets bring our prayers and petitions before The Lord. Lets ask Him to intercede and to lift up i prayers our brother Brandon and Sister Anita in Christ. With man this seems impossible BUT WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. Much love to you all.

I have ordered from this company before without a problem!! I placed an order in May and nothing ever came. Now the page is no longer available, I just filed a report with my bank for my money back!!

I made a purchase back in May. May 28th to be exact and still have not received my order. I tried contacting them but their site doesn’t exist anymore. I even tried emailing them but the email is invalid. I reported them to BBB. I ordered from them a while back twice but never had an issue until now.

I placed several orders with this company before and always received my orders. This time around I placed an order on May 11 and never received any updates. I reached out via email and was told that they were running behind on orders and the orders would be sent out soon, but that never happened and we’re now almost to August. I asked for a refund and never received any response this is very disappointing. I will be reporting to the BBB.

I placed an order on May 19 and still have not received my order. I ordered in the past and experienced slight delay in shipping but never anything like this. They sold quality items with catchy faith based messages so I became a repeat customer. Previously there was communication, but this time there has been none. I waited patiently and sent two emails inquiring abour my order this month which have not received a response. I did notice they have now removed their store from Shopify. I have tried to extend grace knowing they were running a large sale but after getting no response and seeing other reviews, I will be filing a complaint with Shopify and the BBB.

I am truly disappointed in this faith-based business. I submitted an order in April and it has yet to arrive at my home. I emailed them a few times and they said that due to the volume of orders, they were having issues with sending them out. I was also told that I should be receiving my order within the next 2 weeks. That was over a month ago.

If I could give less than zero stars, I would. It's completely shameful, disrespectful, and unacceptable to call yourself a Christian company, and then scam your unassuming customers out of their hard earned money knowing full well you have zero intentions of getting their orders to them. If you've ever read your Bible, you know that you WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW. You can't intentionally do wrong by people, and think it's not gonna come back to you. It will and it is. God don't play about His name or His people. Stop playing with God and stop playing with us. I placed an order on May 22. I was buying a gift for one of my fellow choir members. Never received it as of July 20th. What I did receive was the same BS, runaround email that everyone else got about backups & delays. Asked for a refund, and heard nothing back. People, save your money & save yourself the frustration...DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A "BUSINESS".

I have ordered from Beacon threads at least 4 times and received prompt service. However the last order that I placed May 16 I have not received as of July 19. I received one response in the beginning of June saying they were behind. I keep emailing but the are not responding. I want my money or my shirts. Not sure why this is happening.

Submitted an order in April and it never came. I reached out to them many times and they told me they were having issues with orders and that it would be shipped soon. I dont think they were intentionally scamming people because I've order from them before and they had fast shipping and a great product but Im disappointed that it looks like I may never be reimbursed for my purchase. If they can help I would love for them to contact me.

3 months since order placed. NOTHING received. No communication. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Sad.

I have contacted this company several times about an order from February 2025, and received excuses about high demands, Unfulfilled promises the order would ship etc. Eventually they stopped responding to my emails. I’m highly disappointed because I have shop with this company in the past with no issues.

I really had high hopes for this brand/company! My first purchase was in December and there was really no delay at all! The products were of good quality and I was overall pleased! Then I get hit with the bait and switch! My next order was March 7. I didn’t get my merchandise until mid May. Citing shipping issues, problems at the warehouse, high demand, etc! Just like everyone else I got an apologetic email for the inconvenience… however my order was still missing 3 items that were to arrive shortly. Well after I made the March 7th order, I went back and made another purchase on March 17… not knowing I was going to have an issue with my initial March order! Long story short… it’s July 18.. I have been emailing them for 2 mths with no response! Ain’t no way this is a Christian based company! I live 45mins from the warehouse and could’ve went to pick my items up!! All I need to know now is how I get my bread back??? RUN ME MY MONEY!!! “For any potential consumer….DONT DO IT!! I prefer the GOD is DOPE brand!
