Just an update on my previous post. This month, I I received a notification from the courts that Beacon Threads has filed for bankruptcy, so no possibility of getting any sort of refund.

It would be easier to forgive their…

It would be easier to forgive their debts (over $300 I spent on merchandise last February but never received) if I got a sincere and honest apology from their owner. In Jesus’ name I pray the owners of Beacon Threads are restored financially and that God pours out an abundant blessing over them. I pray they settle their debts and conscience out of the abundance they receive from God, and I pray they send sincere, personalized apologies to every customer they let down. I pray that God would restore every customer who lost money supporting them and that He heals our disappointment and betrayal. Unite us as one body in Christ.

Beacon Threads-Bankruptcy

I just got a notice of a chapter 7 bankruptcy filing that happened on 1/15/26. Hopefully, a refund will come from this. I ordered from this company back in April of 2025 and sent TONS of emails, most of which pleaded for patience as they were overwhelmed with orders due to the holiday. It was always an excuse as to why my order was never sent and when I requested a refund and threatened legal action, all communication stopped.

I'd rather 0 stars but not an option…

I'd rather 0 stars but not an option here. Placed an order many, many months ago. Never received my sweat shirt from this so called Christian Company. Received no email regarding it. Nothing. Did get a notice today that this company filed bankruptcy. In other words, I will not received my money back or the merchandise that I purchased. If you didn't have the money to make the products, your site should have been shut down long ago. Hope the money I "donated" to your company went toward a good cause.....

Such a disappointment…

I placed an order with Beacon threads in May and have reached out multiple times. I received a general response in June but after that I didn’t hear anything else and now the business website is no longer valid. This is such a disappointment because I had ordered before without any issues so not sure what has happened.

Scammed by Beacon Threads as well

I ordered several shirts in May 2025 and contacted the customer service email and received a response that they were sorry and they were taking a bit longer to fulfill orders. Well i tried to contact them twice more over the last couple of months and no response. Now you cannot find the order anymore online or the store. What a disappointment this is. Looks like they have scammed many people.

I’m here like the others writing an angry and low customer service with a similar situation. I ordered my package in April and have been getting the runaround concerning my packages. I will NEVER EVER shop there again. Because this is wild AND I LOVED their products but no never again.

Disappointed

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the unacceptable experience I’ve had regarding my outstanding orders with Beacon Threads. Despite repeated delays and a lack of transparency or communication, there has been no meaningful update on the following:
Order #600570 placed on March 22, 2025 – $50.63

Order #604456 placed on April 21, 2025 – $35.72

It has now been months without delivery or proper explanation. This kind of disregard they have for their customers is completely unacceptable. At this point, I no longer want the merchandise—I want a full refund of $86.35 immediately. For them to promote themselves as Christian based and mislead
innocent people supporting their business, is sad.

Disappointing

My order was made on May 19th, and I received no confirmation of order receipt. I followed up 3 weeks later with an email to inform them that I was never provided a tracking number or an expected delivery date. I surprisingly received an email response that same day saying they experienced an overwhelming backlog from their holiday orders, but they were getting past that, and the remaining recent orders would be shipped out in the next 1 - 2 weeks. Never addressing my concerns about order receipt or tracking.

The 1-2 weeks passed, and then some without me receiving my order, so I emailed them requesting a refund, and no response as of yet. Absolutely, disappointed and hurt about this. That was my hard-earned earned to support Christian apparel only to be fooled.

Never got the order, or a refund

I placed an order online on March 2nd, after being a customer for a few years & receiving several orders without issue. I sent a polite & respectful email to customer service on March 18th, inquiring about my order, as I hadn't received a shipping notice. I was given a lengthy, generic response. On April 23rd, I sent another email requesting an email for the order, as I still hadn't receiving the items or a shipping notice. I received a response by email on April 30th, stating that my order was already packed and prepared to be shipped out. On May 21st, I sent another email. I had not received the order, shipping info, or a refund as requested. I let them know that I would be filing a fraud claim with my bank to have the charge reimbursed. Received no response.

Disappointed

I placed an order in December. I sent several emails and received responses similar to others. To date, I’ve not received this order. Prior to this order I had made two other orders with no issues. Very disappointed to see so many other negative reviews on this company.

Order placed March 27- NOT DELIVERED

Order placed March 27, 2025 for $179... STILL not received after numerous emails for follow up and promises they were just behind and items would ship out shortly. I did order from them in 2024 and while shipping was slow I did get ALL items and they were great quality. I am disappointed that the company has clearly either decided to not care any longer about its customer or gone into Bankruptcy, I am trying to see if I can do anything about getting a refund or disputing a charge since goods were never provided,

No product / terrible customer service

I placed an order May 10th on June15th I reached out because the order had not arrived. They responded June 16th assuring me it would be shipped within the next 2 weeks. July 19th I reached out again formally requesting a full refund with no response. I have emailed now again today to notify that I am seeking a refund through the credit card company and bank.

I still waiting for my order since…

I still waiting for my order since April 28 ,sent them multiples messages and still as today July 31 ,2025 waiting for my order .I reported them and I’m also submitting a claim thru my PayPal acc to get refunded. Such a shame . Using God’s name to scam people .

⭐ 1-Star Review – Still No Order, No Refund, No Response

I placed an order with Beacon Threads on April 20, 2025 for 7 items totaling $46.53. It is now July 30, and I still have not received my order—or a refund.

I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and through the Shop app. I only received two responses, both promising shipment "soon," but nothing ever arrived. My last two emails (on June 14 and June 24) have been completely ignored.

There is no phone number or physical address to call or visit, which makes it impossible to get direct help. This is incredibly frustrating, especially because I’ve ordered from them before and had a great experience.

At this point, I’ve lost confidence in the company. It feels like once they have your money, there’s no accountability. I really wanted to support this brand, but I can’t recommend them anymore. I’m sharing my experience in hopes it helps others avoid the same situation.
