Complete SCAM. I don’t even know what this company is or what they sell. But I have generously been donating 60-70 a month for months on end.

they charge people for nothing ! they charge for 2 year and i never used this website !!!!

1) i do not receive it!!!
2) i never enter with this login!!! - you may check it in you system- it is meen i never used membership!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM company. When placing an order, you are automatically and unknowingly enrolled in their monthly SCAM SCAM SCAM subscription. Their slick talking customer web chat, will not budge in their denial of their non transparent sales ploy. My credit card company suggested I make a claim via the Section 75 process, and I recovered some of the monies. Baskettop.com are a disgustingly dishonest SCAM SCAM SCAM company, who are SCAMMING vast numbers of people out of their hard earned money, and have been doing so over an extended lengthy period of time, all as detailed here on Trust Pilot reviews.

This company is a Scam, when you purchase anything they sign you up for a renewal subscription at a cost of $60 which is deducted from your credit card unknown to you.. do not give them your credit card information.. they are world wide scammers…. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING.. they simply want your credit card info to constantly deduct money without your knowledge

This company BASKETTOPCOM IS A SCAM. On 20/04/24 the money was deducted from my account £39.47 from this company. I didn't buy or subscribe to anything. Please can BASKETTOPCOM refund my money .?

Very deceptive practices, use American dollars not converted to Australian dollars till after payment made. Automatically signs you up to a subscription. Refuse to refund subscription.

Totally a scam! I bought a bag in march. I received the bag, but was charged a larger amount a week later ( but didnt pick this up), then again a month later. I have cancelled my card but lost my money. No subscription was made, just a single purchase. Avoid this company at all costs

Like everyone else I ordered something back in November 2023 and the bank now has canceled my credit card. They said BASKETTOP.COM has come to their attention for scamming. You buy one thing, then they take a subscription every month, even though you never subscribed. I always look for the opt out to subscribe but it’s automatic with baskettop.

I’m on the phone to my bank to dispute transactions for this company. I approved a transaction on 14/02/2024 and they are now taking £39.47 each month

I ordered some cleaning products for around 29 eur a few months ago. I just realized they've charged me 40 eur per month after that. I would never sign up for a membership, such a shady company to not make it clear to their customers that they are signing up to a monthly charge, which gives them absolutely nothing.

SCAM!!! Absolute scam, they deduct money from your bank account every month after your purchase, without any approval. Avoid, and report them to your bank and the police. This is straight out fraud and theft

BASKETTOP ARE SCAMMERS they have just taken £43 out of my account leaving me overdrawn and unable to buy food. Bank cannot do anything to help!!!!

AVOID ordered pillow 14.99 they then charged me 49.99 for subscription stating they sent me email and as no reply 7 day free trial at ended. Still waiting for pillow. Contacted my bank with suspicion and they stopped 49.99 payment going through

This is a fake website. Doing the facebook advertisement about the products after we buy it, in necxt day they will complete your product with out send it. Totally scam.
