Brilliant shop, great range, great service
Great customer service, great selection, great online shop
I looked everywhere online for a particular item for our new puppy (Smart Pet Love Snuggle Puppy ) - everywhere had either sold out or had doubled the prices (Amazon etc) - eventually found it in stock here at a great price.
The online shop has some really lovely items and they seem like a genuine and caring family business.
Definitely going to be a return customer - service was speedy, item was perfect and well packed.
I was initially a bit put off by the lack of reviews but am glad I went with it. I'm writing this review because there are so few .... so if you're wondering whether to use this shop, I hope this review reassures you :-)
Update: WOW - was looking for something else that is sold out everywhere (Kong puppy treat toy) and they not only had it in stock for standard price but even had a choice of colour - most places you get a random colour. Got the pink one!

Good customer service
My order of a collar came very quickly, but I immediately realised that I had ordered the wrong size. I phoned to explain my mistake and the member of staff was very understanding. Unfortunately as it was an end-of-line sale, they didn’t have the smaller size and offered a refund.
