I am absolutely thrilled with my recent order from Authentic Goth. As a first-time customer, i wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised with the top I received. The material is great-it's soft, lightweight, and most importantly, not transparent. I've had issue with fitted white tops being see-through in the past, but that was not the case with this one. It's a bit more cropped than depicted in the product photo, but I'm only 5'6, so the length was perfect for me.
In terms of sizing, i found that everything fit true to size and was very comfortable to wear. The delivery was also very fast, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the quality of the clothing from Authentic Goth is excellent and I feel like I got my money's worth. I would definitely consider making another purchase from this company in the future and would recommend it to others.

I feel stylish every time i wear their pieces. The clothing is not only well made and true to size, but also incredibly fashionable. I love how the brand takes traditional goth elements and are a modern twist-it's the perfect blend of old and new. I also appreciate the customer service.

Do not become a brand ambassador! Massive scam & rip off company.

Takes weeks for items to arrive as they come from China, items are very cheap quality and customer service is non existent! They had no intention of sending me a free returns label as they ignored me asking for an update as I waited two weeks for a label! I had to constantly write comments on posts about not getting a refund then they eventually gave me a refund for item but asked me to remove the bad review!!

Im so tired to receive a messages from different fake accs that they wanna me be an ambrassador. As aliexpress user with huge experience I can tell that they just resell stuff from that site with overprice bc all pics is stolen from aliexpress sellers. And half designs is stolen from Killstar and Disturbia brands. Dude, if I wanna poor quality china version of Killstar dress I can order it at Aliexpress for 10 pounds, not for 100 bruh.

What a plie of crap its taken weeks to arrive with endless emails not one answer back.when it finally arrives what a pile of crap. Nothing like the picture as it was shown don't bother ordering anything you won't be happy.

I ordered items from this site after they reached out about becoming an ambassador.

These items are far too expensive for the quality, and their sizing is just not right! I don’t know if they use US sizes or not but the shoes were 2 sizes too small, and all of the clothes looked like they were made for children and definitely not worth the money spent.

I have tried to reach out to return these and I am being ignored.

I just want a refund as with the cost of living crisis I cannot afford to just replace with the right size.

I am honestly ready for taking this further as I spent quite a bit of money on these.

I am really disappointed and disgusted with the service.

I got a sweater and it’s not only really comfy, but it’s also a good material and good for cold weather! It also arrived way sooner than I expected.

Clothing and Items I received is in very good quality, very communicative and friendly. Definitely would buy from them again.

Communication was great, took a long while to receive one item but overall I’m happy with what I’ve received. Will be taking pictures soon. Only upset about the broken clasp on shoes & long delay on one item, but the clasp can always be fixed & the dress is here now.

I messed up the shipping address because they are a gift to a friend and they helped me fix it by just messaging them on there platforms and the shop app! Very helpful! Best service ever!

Hmmmmmm....these 5 star reviewers: did you buy from a different company than I did? Can I publish my photos of the horrible chat experience, shady customer service and 1% communication on the chat where the supposed " owner and designer" with morals types that " some of my clothes are made in Chinese factories and are not as good quality"??
Are these reviewers part of the scam too? What universe do you live in...the real one?
I had to prove fraud to my bank and with pics of my order, the scam shipping, the 2 months it took to actually get my order (w/ tags in chonese, not even an " Authentic goth" tag but a cheap plastic tiny chinese label)

It took month to ship but it could be worse. Dress is great and pretty well made.

I took Orozco size 5XL and it fits me well. The color is so nice too and the fabric is good and durable. I like the products in the collection “authentic curve” and I certainly will try more of them

Unfortunately my boots were too small, but I received a free replacement in a larger size and with premium delivery! I love their customer service, especially Annie, she most definitely deserves a raise! I’d lavishly tip her on any day.
