If I could give 0 stars I would. Set up a subscription but then it wasn't showing on my account so had to set another one up. This one also never showed on my account. It tells me no subscriptions found. However aptamil keep taking money every 2 weeks and then telling me I need to cancel my subscriptions. I've told them for over a month that I cannot see any subscriptions and they told me the other week that all subscriptions have been cancelled but then they have taken more money for a subscription yesterday, and now they are
telling me that they cannot cancel my order and refund me even though it's their mistake.

We have always used Aptamil for our 7 month old baby and it’s always been the best one for him, however I find it so annoying that priced at £13.50 the tub is never filled to the top. Just feels like you are constantly running out due to it actually not being a full tub.
