Never again.

I recently found a foreign object in a yoghurt produced by Danone — a hard plastic and gold metal piece roughly the size of a 5p coin. An extremely unwelcome surprise in what should have been a soft, smooth product.

I returned the item as requested, and the company acknowledged the issue. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve been waiting over three weeks for any kind of resolution or compensation.

This was not a trivial issue — it could have posed a real safety risk — yet the delay and lack of communication have made the situation even more frustrating.

I had hoped for a prompt, professional response, but sadly it’s been quite the opposite. Very disappointed, and unless this is resolved, I’ll be raising the matter with Trading Standards and the Food Standards Agency.

When is a Rhubarb yoghurt not a Rhubarb yoghurt?
When Danone pull the old shrinkflation routine and remove almost all the Rhubarb. Oh well that's another company to avoid.

They reject candidates for job offers without any feedback and after 40 candidates they just....put the job offer online again. Waw, not being able to find a candidate out of 40 profiles says a lot about that company.

Danone conducts horrible experiments
on animals, including beagels and baby pigs, for their product testing. After they're done experimenting they kill all the test subjects. Please boycott all danone products

was made very ill due to activia strawberry yogurts.had company on to me and photos of the pots with batch numbers taken,,asian lady i spoke to on phone said it will be investigated and it will take two weeks,,,,that was 6 weeks ago,,in other words go away and we wont investigate it,,,,i will never buy product from danone again

Their yoghurts leave a bad taste in my mouth. I find their continued presence in Russia unpalatable so will not buy from them now.

Danone's products taste artificial and very unhealthy.
