There seems to be no customer service department
Your analysis of reviews of Alpro state 60% of 1 star compared with only 16% 5 star. Also you have not received any replies from Alpro to all the negative reviews. It's no surprise to me as from my experience there is no customer service department. I have sent 3 emails to Alpro and not received any response.
My emails were not of any criticism about the products but to express my disappointment they have stopped including the clear plastic lids with their yogurts. As a result after removing the tin foil from the top of the pot, then only using some of the yogurt and after placing the pot into the refrigerator other items stored in the refrigerator affect the taste of the yogurt, whereas the clear plastic lid prevented this. My enquiry was simply to ask if I could buy some of the clear plastic lids. No response whatsoever not even an acknowledgement saying they have received any of my 3 emails.
Ingredients are rubbish
Ingredients are rubbish - coconut yoghurt include 8% of coconut..
poisonous food ..
I found a hair in a high-protein…
I found a hair in a high-protein yogurt. Although Alpro responded promptly to my communication, they only offered a single replacement cup. I explained that my disappointment was not about asking for further compensation, but because their response gave the impression of undervaluing the customer and reflected limited care from a large company — especially considering this was a matter of product quality and food safety.
Almond Barista Changes
It seems something has changed in the Alpro Almond Barista milk. Unfortunately my flat whites are not as good as they used to be, I am using the same beans, grind and serviced machine. The milk seems to separate quite quickly after, meaning that the flatwhite turns it into a latte with a heavy foam top. Very disappointing, I might as well go back to making my own almond milk.
They have changed the ingredients on…
They have changed the ingredients on original soya milk and it tastes awful…I have used Alpro for years but going try other brands. Go back to original recipe
they are a professional scammer
this company is a scammer. they do everything to come across as a trustworthy company but they are a professional scammer!!
I love the Alpo vanilla, but horrible lid
I love the Alpo vanilla. I don't drink anything else but the lid is nightmare. whoever designed the lid should be sent on holiday! if there is a trick to open the lid please include it in the instruction. It has taught me to be extremely patient, still there is no way it doesn't spill. it's so disappointing and frustrating. Please redesign the lid.
Bring back a sensible screw top
The Soya milk is fine and doesn't go gloopy in hot drinks unlike other plant based milk. However my biggest gripe is with the new style lid. No matter how gently you try to prise it open you still get spillage (normally over me). For the love of god just bring back the screw top because I'll be changing brands if you don't
Bad taste and unethical.
Taste is horrible. The people running their brand are scammers and liars.
Absolutely wasted my money and time on Alpro. I would rather starve to death than drink anything made by Alpro. They lack values. They have no integrity or morals. All this ethical talk so BS. 0 out of 10 for Alpro.
I honestly think this is the worst…
I honestly think this is the worst plant-based milk I've ever tried. I really don’t understand how people drink it. Today, my favorite milk was out of stock, and although I’ve never liked Alpro, I thought I’d give their oat milk a try since it was labeled "creamy." It was actually 30 cents more than my usual milk, so I figured it might be worth it. Big, BIG mistake. Now my matcha tea tastes awful. This is exactly why I didn’t like Alpro milk in the first place—it’s like drinking the water you use to rinse your rice, but less affordable.
Horrible lids
Love the milk itself; the taste, flavour and texture are to me very nice. It compliments cereals (All bran and porridge) very well.
However; I am not a fan of the new all in one, click top/lids, they are awful. I get that the change is to meet EU regs regarding non detachable lids/tops, but these are so hard to open now, and when you do manage it, you end up spilling the contents. I even broke a nail trying to prize open a lid, I kid you not.
So although I like the product, I'm keeping an eye out for an alternative as the lids make opening a new bottle a drama each time, Shame!
Bring back the original iced almond coffee
The new iced almond coffee has changed ingredients so now there's more water content. Previous it was 53% coffee and now it is decreased to 40%. It may not sound a lot but you can taste the difference. Yes now it is cheaper but I'd be willing to pay for more to get the classic one back which was much tastier. It's just not worth it anymore.
Love Alpro and all its products!
The plant based yogurts
The plant based yogurts they were serving at Reading train station were so yummy! I usually hate plant based as it’s not like the real thing but this was thick and creamy it was beautiful.

The new cup is so bad when you try to open it the milk spilts a lot!
sort it out please!
Probem with going of??
Only 3 stars now due to this issue. Probably the wrong place to ask this but has anyone else got this issue.
General I found this milk (shhh it's not milk) very good with no issues and been using for over a year and it's my main milk so daily use.
However the last two containers contents appear to have changed when opened around day if possible in the 4days since opening. The contains seem to go thicker and lumpy and don't taste nice, (and yes it's it stored as instructed ) another issue with lid change design??
If I can't find an answer to this , it have to be change of milk band sadly.
New lids are terrible on first opening…
New lids are terrible on first opening and sometimes afterwards! To break the seal you have to pull hard which dips the top of the package down and cause the milk to spurt out on first opening. The small dip in the packaging then created can cause spillage when opening again as the lid is strongly sealed and the top of the package dips again when opening. Awful.
Cheating
Be careful, the staff very roti plata, always change the price when we want make payment. 2 of out 3 branch i went to, change the price when about to make payment
1. the price will higher than display price, then tell us not us update the latest price.

Why are the reviews for Alpro so bad!
Why are the reviews for Alpro so bad!
I have been vegan for 7 years and find most of their 'milk' products really good. 'This is not milk', is so much like real milk that my non vegan family love it too! Only problem is that lately its often out of stock!
