The team at APM Covent Garden were welcoming and acknowledged me straight away. The staff member who served me was friendly and he offered me water and chocolate while I tried on earrings. His customer service skills were good and he did not rush me into making a purchase. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The ring which I ordered online was not…
The ring which I ordered online was not the correct size. I returned the ring to a APM Monaco store and they were able to exchange the ring for a ring of the correct size. I was most pleased that they were able to do this as the gift was a birthday gift for my wife. The salesperson also gave us 2 boxes of Swiss chocolate truffles for our troubles.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I visited their Covent Garden shop on the 14th of February, hoping to repair a ring my mum had bought me years ago from their Bordeaux store in France. Unfortunately, I no longer had the original purchase details, as both my mum and I have changed our email addresses and phone numbers since then.
The manager was incredibly unhelpful and, frankly, quite dismissive. I was repeatedly asked if I was sure the ring was from them, which made me feel as though I was being accused of lying—completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
They took photos of the ring and told me they would contact their team to check the archives, promising an update later that same day. Unsurprisingly, no one ever got back to me.
After a few days, I followed up and was told there was still no update, but that they would be in touch. I then waited over a week—nothing. My messages were read and left unanswered.
As a last resort, I contacted their online customer service on the 23rd of March, and to this day, I have still not received any response or update from their management team.
Absolutely appalling service from start to finish
