A first class buying experience.
The customer service was excellent. I had seen an item online which was out of stock but when I contacted Customer Services they sent me an invoice which allowed me to purchase it. The quality of the jewellery is outstanding and the online buying experience is made even better by the luxurious packaging.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with APM Monaco.
Before purchasing a gift card, I contacted their help centre to confirm whether a gift card bought in the UK could be used by my niece in Germany. I was clearly told that it would not be a problem — she would be able to order anything she wanted from Germany. I also asked about currency, and they reassured me that the website would automatically convert it.
Based on this information, I bought the gift card as a present. However, it turned out that the card can only be used in the UK and is not valid in Germany at all. This directly contradicts what their support team told me.
As a result, the gift is unusable for its intended purpose, and APM Monaco has not offered any solution to fix the situation.
Very misleading information and poor customer service. I would not recommend purchasing gift cards from them.
