Terrible customer service experience
Terrible customer service experience, after less than a month of usage my gold plated pendant started rusting?
I did not expose it to water, I was just wearing it daily.
They did not offer a refund, said I had to ship it back to them with their label and paperwork. I am 8 months pregnant, have no printer, cannot ship it back.
I sent pictures that the pendant was in a poor condition compared to the second one I got (I bought two of the same because i am having 2 daughters).
Anyways, after a month of back and forth, there was no resolution and the rep Pauline was quite rude. Made me feel like a criminal for asking for some warranty. Spoke to me in a very demeaning manor, as if i was stupid - told me to ship it back and write everything by hand... including the shipping label?
Awful, would not recommend. PDPAOLA has really great jewelry and it is a much better alternative.

The delivery is quick (even to The Netherlands) and you can select the option to add a 'cadeau package' which is a small bag and a nice card which make it easy to give it as a present without any further wrapping.

I ordered a bracelet as a present for a 40's birthday to be sent to the UK and the service was amazing! The delivery was accurate, it arrived in time and they even sent me a picture of the person who received it. I wrote a message to be added on a card and when my friend received it, she sent me a picture showing the card was written by hand, which was a super cute detail. She loved the bracelet and was very happy with the gift!

Honestly really unsatisfactory…
Honestly really unsatisfactory experience - the girl in the shop was extremely rude, to a point that I didn’t want to buy anything and instead ordered online. When i came to pick it up the next day she was mad at me for doing that and asked why and I told her that she said what I wanted was 20€ more expensive than what I had seen on the website. When she didn’t change her attitude I took all my courage and told her that she was being rude, that’s when she calmed down a little. But overall, veeeryyy bad treatment but nice bracelets…
