I must say that I loved the website and the items but I was pretty concerned about the reviews here. But my experience was amazing! In less than a week the package arrived, very well presented, each items in its own box. The jewellery are very dainty - which is my cup of tea. So I’m very happy to be honest! And I will definitely buy again!
Agatha Paris does not answer their requests, very poor!! Only providing unhelpful chatbot!
Hello i ordered at 16/06/2025 with the order no. 2300031180 25 articles. But i just recived 5 hair accessory bags i need 20 more you forget to send them. İ send you many times of mails and contact formula on your website but you never answered me. This is a shame for your brand acctually. İ m waiting immediatly a answer or i will take seriously actions…
I bought like 200 euros worth of jewelry for my gf, and she is loving it, nice quality overall, and the designs are stunning.
Awful. My ring broke pretty fast and I wanted to send it back since they dont have a store in my home country. I sent it back to the address they gave me. It was not complete, so I am trying to get them to send me the full address of their warehouse. In the meantime my ring is lost I don't know where!

i have purchased my first Agatha pieces. A necklace and a bracelet.
The bracelet is mixed metal and after less than 2 months, the silver is turning to yellow.
i reached out to customer service, they provided me with no solution.
i have reached out on instagram, i was left on read.
will definitely not be buying again.
i love jewellery and never leave the house without any. I was looking forward to grow my collection with pieces from Agatha but definitely not with this customer service. You could learn from Agatha on how to NOT keep a customer.

I bought my girlfriend a ring and a charm for Christmas last year. I bought the items two weeks before Christmas and even wrote to them to say that I would be happy to pay for a more expensive service to make sure it arrived in the UK on time. 10 days later it still said my order was in process and that it hadn't despatched. I sent them an email which they didn't reply to asking why the items hadn't been picked yet. 3 weeks later, still no order. By then I had written another 2 emails of which both were ignored. The items were delivered at the end of December, 3.5 weeks after I placed the order. I had written in total 6 emails and was just about the contact the European trading standards. I didn't receive one email back. Disgusting customer service. As much as my French girlfriend loves Agatha, I will never ever buy from this company again. Very unprofessional
