Traveled from Leicester to visit Allen’s Ebike because they were recommended by a friend
Was not disappointed fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable on all their bikes nothing was to much trouble
Ended up buying 2 bike which we are very pleased with

We went to look at an electric bike, with no intention of buying one for a couple of months. However, Allen was friendly, professional and certainly knew his stuff, very knowledgeable and we were able to test them out. We ended up buying 2!!!! If you want a bike or just thinking about one then I would seriously recommend Allen's. Thank you.

Thinking of getting an E Bike then you must try this shop first, the service was first class, Dave was very knowledgeable and took me through the range of bikes they had I was not hurried or rushed just very well looked after, I had a test ride of three bikes which helped me make up my mind in which one best suited me. I bought a bike from Allen’s on friday and it was delivered to my house the next day. I wasn’t expecting to have the bike delivered but what a lovely surprise. Rhys the delivery drive was great he took me through all the setting up of the bike again he’s a credit to Allen’s E Bikes. Very well done to all.

Dave was amazing from start to finish!
I actually rang him just as the store was closing ( half day ) as I needed a quick purchase for use of an e bike at work and Dave not only kept his shop open for me only , he was very patient , let me trial several bikes and I never felt pressured to buy. I am very happy with my purchase , after a very poor experience with another bike company so a double well done to Dave who was very knowledgable and listened clearly to what I wanted.

We popped into Allen's E-Bikes to gain more knowledge about e-bikes and bought one the same day!
Dave took the time to understand what I was looking for, described the benefits and challenges of a number of makes and styles, and introduced possible options. I particularly wanted lightweight as I use a roof bar rack. I tried several bikes and chose a Tenways CG600 Pro. It is below 20 kg, has belt drive, no gears to maintain and had a spare battery too. It has taken a few rides to get used to but the extra boost when I need it, especially on steep slopes, means I no longer feel I need to opt out if some organised rides and routes. I often cycle 25-35 miles and rarely use more than 20% of the charge.
I am grateful for Dave's detailed and honest knowledge of e-bikes, the range that are on show in the shop, and the opportunity to try several out. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of buying an e-bike and, as an older cyclist, I can recommend e-bikes too!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Allen’s E-Bikes in Leighton Buzzard. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I visited the store twice and was helped by Dave on my first visit and Mike on my second, both were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

They took the time to answer all my questions, offered really helpful suggestions, and made sure I found the perfect e-bike for my needs. On top of that, I received an amazing discount, which made the whole experience even better.

Had a great experience at Allens E Bikes. Mike was very knowledgeable and honest. Offered a test ride and I was so impressed by the Ampere Hilux. Bike was delivered the same day. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Glad I made the jump to an E Bike as I feel as I get older, the hills are getting steeper. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Bought a foldable e-bike - the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and let us try out some bikes outside. Great service and we gained a lot of confidence with our purchase from buying in store. Highly recommend!

Apart from receiving my bike all communication was via email and I can't fault a thing .

Dave was very helpful prior to my purchase and always replied to my emails, we was able to sort out collection very quickly and on the collection day all was at the ready and the bike ready to cycle away and accessories fitted at the ready also. So all good and very happy. Thank you.

Great service from Allen's when purchasing an e-bike through the Cycle-to-Work scheme. Good selection of quality bikes, expert advice on the pros and cons, and don't miss the opportunity to take things for a test ride - it's a good location for taking bikes for a spin!

I had a really good experience with Will at Allen's e-bikes when I was selecting my bike. He carefully went through all the available options with me and gave me plenty of time to look, consider and test ride any of the available bikes. Nothing beats visiting a bricks and mortar bike shop with experts to offer support and advice.

Dropped my trek e-bike off for a gold service & to investigate excessive creaking , getting the bike back 3 weeks later . After 2-3 rides bike still creaking so got a 2nd option from another bike specialist, there report found that the gold service my bike received from Allan’s Ebikes was non existent as various bearings had to be replaced (this would’ve been discovered in the service) also the dropper cable they fitted was kinked in the frame. They did offer me 60% refund on the service (so clearly admitting fault) bad experience for me, good luck.

I have just bought a second bike from Dave.
Unfortunately the bike had been fitted with the wrong motor. Certainly no fault of Allen's e bikes. All they would have done is build what was in the box. Once the error was spotted, and Dave confirmed the problem with the supplier, the problem was quickly sorted. I was very glad of Dave's support.

So pleased I purchased my Ebike from Allen's Ebikes via their web site. Service and delivery were first class. When I needed assistance with my bikes assembly and telephoned them, Dave so kindly took the trouble to guide me and my Ado 20 pro was soon on the road. Cannot thank Dave enough and will definitely be purchasing all my future bikes from Allen's Ebikes, their customer service and knowledge is superb.

Went to Allen's e-bike today as my own was unrepairable due to the battery being obsolete. Found another with a discount. Mr Allen knows his stuff! He raised the saddle, raises the handlebars and explained the whole battery system. I was impressed! Came home and promptly went off on a ride! It's a beautiful hybrid bike and I am so pleased!

Mine was an online purchase, a far better, more personal service from this family business, someone knowledgeable and helpful to speak to rather than just another call centre. Super fast delivery and very helpful with after sales advice, thoroughly recommended.
