Ampere de Luxe in the Highlands of Scotland
I am an elderly lady used to Dutch bikes in the past.
After months of research, I found the Ampere de Luxe e-bike. As I live in the Highlands of Scotland, I had a few questions about the rough terrain I would cycle on. After having sent pictures of the terrain, the initial service and advice from Eco bike personnel have been excellent. Delivery was within 2 days, very well packed. The bike rides very well in the hills, tires are good, step through / low instep works perfect.
The instructions were not adequate for me, after having sent an email, I had an immediate response, very impressed with this service, 5*! Thank you to all staff, amazing

I am very pleased with my new Ampere deluxe ebike. It is a perfect size for me, rides well and handles hills perfectly with just the right assistance. The addition of adding a throttle helps with starting off on a hill start to get across a busy road. The company's customer service was very helpful, especially as the instructions with the bike just need a few extra guides. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

After reading reviews I decided on eco bike company. Really good choice, safe pair of hands. Sam dealt with my first enquiry up to delivery. Excellent customer service.
I bought a folding EVBike and it’s exceeded all my expectations. It’s a solid piece of kit, and really easy on eye.
It’s relatively easy to fold and cart up to my first floor flat. The ride is easy, the gears system works seamlessly. Love it.

Great service and lovely bike. Was given lots of information re the delivery and also if I had any questions after receiving the bike. The Juicy Roller is a fab bike and making my life much easier. Would highly recommend Eco Bike company.

I got an e-bike using a cycle to work scheme. The EcoBike representatives could not have been more helpful, explaining the process, providing very clear information on when the order would arrive and answering all my questions/responding very promptly.

From the initial enquiry, right through the process, communication was clear, helpful and prompt. The bike was great value, was delivered speedily and in A1 condition. 30k wracked up so far and very pleased.

Yes, loving the bike, and have used it to clock some miles up for a fundraising project I.completed. The 100 miles I completed was a mixture of walking and cycling....a most enjoyable project.

Just at the moment it is a bit cold, wet, and slippery to go out on the bike

But I'm pleased with the bike and have no complaints whatsoever.

Ecobike were so helpful when I wanted to purchase a bike using my work's Cycle to Work Scheme. I didn't find the scheme that intuitive. I found a bike at another shop but I couldn't purchase it as it wasn't their own bike. So I had to start again. So I found Ecobike had the same bike (I was working within a budget), they made sure the bike was in stock for me and price matched the bike....then they were very patient as it took a little time for my certificate to come through. Delivery was very swift from the time I sent them my Cycle to work certificate. So far I am very pleased with my bike and I am getting used to it! It makes going up the hills in my area so much easier! I wish I had done it earlier. Thank you very much!

I am 5ft and 64 so small and challenged in the going up hills department. So I gave away my mountain bike and searched for foldable electric assisted (no throttle) lightweight bike! Bingo! E-go from Eco Bike company hits the spot. Easy to use, 5 assist levels and hills are a dream, no more getting off! Early days but all good so far.

I did a bit of research before I purchased the bike, but like most things you read on reviews a large bag of salt should be kept handy, there was one small things that had to be sorted ie, back brake in the UK is normaly operated from right hand lever, which is hardely worth mentioning, the reason being the help recieved from support was exelent. The bike was great to ride, an exelent decision really glad I chose this one

I have owned and still own 2 x wisper ebikes,I fancied the new 806.Dealing with Sam at Eco bikes made the whole process great, my new bike was duly delivered, I charged the battery up and went for a ride, I was not disappointed,it's a great bike and I thoroughly recommend Wisper ebikes. Get it from eco ebikes their service is excellent 👌

Shambolic. Spent a few grand with them. Got most things fine but no helmet. Followed up multiple times promised a call back and nothing happened. Also don’t let them have your email address. They absolutely flood your inbox with spam.

Very helpful on phone and great you can actually speak to a person. Sam was friendly & helpful. Bike is perfect and was packaged really well. Delay with delivery but not the company’s fault and they were extremely helpful in sorting a convenient day to deliver to me. I would recommend this company.

Exceptionally good company to deal with.
Received first class customer service from Sam both pre and post purchase.
Pre-purchase advice on seeking a suitable step through e-bike for my partner who had not cycled for 10 years led to the purchase of a Juicy Classic bike which has proved to be a great success.
Post-purchase time taken by Sam to express interest in how the experience of the bike had been was really appreciated.
Largely as a result of the customer service received I purchased a second step-through e-bike, a Batribike Zeta, for my own use and also that of two friends. Again this has been a great success.
In both cases the bikes were promptly despatched and meticulously packaged.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending both these bikes and in particular use of the Eco-Bike company.

The bike is great battery went dead fast the first use but over all it ok but it do not go 52 miles
