I purchased the Impala ebike to replace my current ebike and I was not disappointed, the quality and build is excellent well worth the money and comes with everything you need lights,indicators plus free delivery. Also you receive £250 complementary accessories.
When I contacted the company the
person I dealt with was Gareth who couldn't have been more helpful all the questions I had were answered which put my mind at rest nothing was
too much trouble for him.
The ebike arrived within 3 days very easy to assemble and pack away it folds easily ideal for putting into your boot.
If you purchase an Impala you won't be disappointed.

Gareth and team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It's an old fashioned (in the best possible way) experience where you actually get to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about but who isn't trying to pressure you into buying. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

Even though I’m not a returning customer - I was treated as if I was.

I bought a used e-bike originally made by BGB, from a local private seller, in good faith. I didn’t know much about the bike and how it should function as it is my first e-bike, I just loved how it looked. I was initially concerned about whether it was road legal after purchasing the bike (a bit silly of me, but I fell in love with it), which is when I was introduced to Gareth after going through their customer service channel online.

Gareth informed me clearly and professionally that it looked heavily modified and electrically was not up to standard, certainly not the way it was sold years ago. He advised me of what I needed to do to get it road legal again and sent out all of the necessary parts within a week following some checks and inspections on the battery related components.

I received all replacement parts in good working order with everything plugged in to the controller as it should be - a nice touch. I felt I could comfortably ask questions even if it made me look silly (and it did on a number of occasions), Gareth remained professional yet friendly even though I was inconveniently not local and a novice.

Clearly Gareth is passionate about his trade and I would not hesitate buying new from BGB in the future… all companies should follow this gold standard!

I just wanted to leave another review for my BGB Buffalo 750W which I have ridden 10 miles a day to work and back for the last year.
I have ridden through thunderstorms and all the torrential rain we have had lately and the bike just keeps going.
I have not had any issues with the bike since I purchased it over a year ago.
It is Immense!
I have upgraded the discs front and rear to 203mm and added ceramic/metal tektro pads which makes the bike stop so much quicker and no brake squeel.
The bike is so easy to work on compared to my last Vanmoof S3.which had issues every time I rode it.
The BGB Buffalo was the best purchase I've made and customer service and response from Gareth at BGB is faultless.
The bike is so reliable. I put all my daughters rucksack etc on the pannier and take her to school then ride to work.
An absolute joy of a bike!!

Reached out through email Gareth was there for a chat. Answered all my concerns and questions about getting into e bikes.
Was really good to be able to try the Buffalo e bike, rather than to just view on a web page.
The Bike has exceeded all my expectations and Gareth has been brilliant. All the support I needed

I hope this review helps convey the excellent customer service I received from Gareth and the team at Big Game Bikes.

This summer my Radwagon 4 stopped working - the display died. As RadPower no longer operates in the UK I contacted Big Game Bikes.

Gareth personally video called me on WhatsApp to help diagnose the problem which was more complicated than I had imagined. To cut a long story short, BGB sent out 2 controllers to me which did not fix the bike. There was nothing wrong with their gear and despite my best efforts I couldn't get the bike working.

Despite literally hours of Gareth's time helping me, he refunded me completely on return of the 2 BGB controllers. Considering I did not end up buying anything the customer service was OUTSTANDING.

I have now discovered that the problem was the PAS sensor which I have replaced and the bike is back on the road again. I will likely upgrade to a BGB controller now that I know what they can do.

Thank you again Gareth. If you have Radwagon and are in the UK I suggest BGB is your first stop.

The customer support is fantastic. I used the YouTube videos to fit hydraulic bikes and a 35amp controller to my Radrunner which worked beautifully (I am a very long way from being handy with tools etc.). There was one small bit I got stuck on, and got immediate responses and help to my emails. Amazing service!

I have used BGB several times over the years for upgrading my e bikes and have always found Gareth and the team to be extremely knowledgeable, always keen to help and offer a well priced and efficient service and quality parts.
The after sales service is also second to none, if Gareth and the team can't help you then it’s probably impossible to do.
Think of them as grand wizards to us ebike muggles.
I have just had a battery repair completed and Gareth talked me through every stage and didn’t charge for things that were not needed.

I have had so many problems with my BGG Bike, and now they taken my battery and not sent it back, unfortunately this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I looked up some reviews to see what the company was like and it seemed ok, it’s strange that there is a big patch of 5 star reviews all posted on the same day from mostly first time reviewers? Don’t know what to make of that but, what do I know? My experience was definitely not 5 star.

Edit: As you can see, BGG responded to this review explaining that the gig batch of 5 star reviews that appeared within hours of each other on the same day were a result of a email campaign. Wish my email campaigns were that successful, almost unheard of! Anyways, I can’t recommend this company and I suggest looking at the earlier reviews, these are more like the experience I’ve had.

Customer service was top rate. Gareth helped me choose a bike that was best suited to my needs. The bike supplied is superb, my new Impala and I are going to enjoy many many miles. I could not fault Big Game Bikes and would highly recommend them.

Really happy with my new bike. Delivered on time and exactly what I order. Great customer service keeping me up to date as needed. Would use again in the future if I change the bike or get an extra one.

I purchased the Buffalo bike and can honestly say the whole experience was so easy. I had many questions and they answered all within a timely and concise manner.
I even received a courtesy call a week after I received my bike to ensure all was ok.
It's not often you get such great customer service.
I would highly recommend using Big Game Bikes and I know I will be purchasing from them again.
