We cannot recommend Steve and the team at Akers Pritchett enough! We are now hopefully securing our second mortgage with them, and we wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. From start to finish, they make the entire process so smooth and stress-free, always going above and beyond to find the best options for us.

Steve’s knowledge and expertise are second to none, and the whole team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive. No question is ever too much, and they take the time to explain everything clearly, making what can be a daunting process feel so easy.

Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of the team at Akers Pritchett. I've used them over the last several years for a range of services - new mortgages, mortgage renewals and general advice. They are super quick at getting back, explain everything in full with upfront costs (if any!), and always just lovely to speak to. If you are reading this and wondering whether a mortgage advisor is worth it then YES YES YES. Do it.

Great work by a great team. Their response to my initial remortgage enquiry was very fast and they acted quickly to find out what my options were. James and Sarah were especially quick and informative and very good explaining things in layman's terms. Before I knew it, my remortgage was done and dealt with in just a few days without any strain or stress. I will be coming back to Akers Pritchett every time i need Mortgage advice.

Akers Pritchett did the leg work to get us a mortgage. It took them 3 different providers to get us the mortgage, as ours was not the easiest case. After we got the mortgage, it was plain sailing

Having previously called and spoken to James, he on numerous occasions had given me great advice with no obligation or heavy sales follow up calls. Quite the contrary.
I then met with James for a local face to face mortgage appointment to discuss a complex case of remortgaging to settle a secured loan.

Seamless service from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble and someone was always on hand and available to talk to whenever I needed. We contacted Akers following a recommendation from our estate agent . Initially we dealt with James Akers who was well informed, very helpful and directed to a different , more beneficial product that met our needs. The application was helped by Nicki in the office and all was processed both quickly and smoothly. Overall, a good experience.

As always these guys have been saviours for us. We have now used them around 4 times. They always find a deal even if you think you can’t get one, let the experts have a go at AP. Not a straight forward mortgage, first mortgage advisor was working on it for 4 weeks still didn’t have a solution. Contacted Fraser who had it sorted and mortgage offer within a week. Chloe was great giving me regular updates throughout the whole process. Already recommended to friends.
