This review is long overdue! I've been working with James and the AP team for longer than I care to remember (15+ years at a guess).
As a BTL landlord with a fairly complex set up and structure James & Nicky have always made everything a breeze, they keen me on top of what I need to be doing, and when, and provide a down to earth and common sense sounding board when its needed.
On more than one occasion I have been in receipt of advice from the team that is to the detriment of them and benefit to me. Not often that you find a partner willing to make a short term loss to add value and maintain a long term relationship.
If you are thinking about using a broker, speak to the guys at AP, your wallet and stress levels will thank you later!

Steve and Vicki's advice and support in navigating through the mortgage process has been invaluable. As a first time buyer I found it daunting. Steve was very supportive and clear in answering all my questions, no matter how basic they might have been, and helped me find the best deal based on my budget and needs. This supported me finding my forever home. Steve was also really helpful with identifying other related property products and I would recommend Steve and the wider team to any first time buyer. I contacted Steve last year off the back of a friends recommendation to assist with securing a mortgage offer taking into account my role as a Company Director as opposed to a salaried employee. Steve and the team were fantastic, providing thorough but jargon-less advice (no question was considered too stupid!) and always available on the phone. Once the mortgage offer had been secured, Steve and the team dealt with everything else behind the scenes with our solicitor all the way through to completion without hassling us once, meaning one less thing for us to worry about in the run up to the house move, everything on the financial side was seamless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an efficient, friendly and great value for money service.
