Professional Home Security That Simply Works
We've had the Ajax security system installed in our home for the past four years, and I can honestly say it has been completely reliable with no hiccups or issues at all. It’s a truly professional all-round home security system that works exceptionally well and gives our family real peace of mind.
One moment that really impressed me was when our front beam was triggered by our gardener who unknowingly placed a broom against the sensor. The system immediately detected the obstruction, which showed just how sensitive and accurate the sensors are. At the same time, it’s very well designed to remain pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for us.
I also want to highlight the support we’ve received — it has simply been amazing. The team is quick to respond, extremely helpful, and genuinely professional.
Overall, Ajax has exceeded our expectations in every way. I would happily recommend this system to all my friends and family, and it will always be my go-to choice for home security.

My alarm system that is also monitored is perfect and so easy to use. I am so happy with everything- from installation to price and the responsiveness when issues have arisen with monitoring. My parents have had it installed and monitored too so now we are all happy and feel safe.

I didn’t buy their products yet, but i asked some question at the support department. They were very polite, super professional and replied me very fast! I needed informations about their external sensors. Some people that I know gave me positive feedbacks about their systems. Surely I’ll buy an ajax system soon.

Overall very good coverage.But there is 2 worries with the system. First the alarming habit of people just suddenly disappearing which seems to defeat the object and secondly the flair from car lights and number plates makes it difficult to identify the car let alone read the number plate

Ajax Systems offers a very reliable and secure alarm system. In my experience, everything works very well, and the overall performance has been excellent. The system feels stable, dependable, and gives real peace of mind.
Another strong point is their support. They answer questions and resolve issues with detectors very quickly by email, even during the weekend, which is something I really appreciate.
The only area that could be improved is the replacement process. When a device needs to be replaced, it can take more than two weeks before the RMA replacement is sent. That part is slower than expected and should be improved.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Ajax Systems and would recommend them for the quality and reliability of their alarm systems.
