I have emailed pyronix 5 times after…

I have emailed pyronix 5 times after there reports asking for my email but they have not answered any emails. I have found a company that have helped with app but not the solar panel will have to order a new panel

Good Afternoon Yvonne, thank you for providing your details. Looking at your email address, I can see there was some correspondence with our Customer Support Team - customer.support@pyronix.com back in November 2024 regarding a faulty solar panel. As per our Returns Policy, if a product is deemed faulty within the warranty period, Pyronix will provide a free of charge replacement. However, as we do not sell direct and only via distribution, you do not have an account with us. The product has to be returned via one of our distributors for us to be able to process this. We have emailed across further information, please confirm if you have a BATTERY-CAM or BATTERY/CAM2 – The product code should be displayed on the back of the camera. Is there a warranty date displayed on the product?

Awful experience with Pyronix

We’ve had nothing but trouble with our Pyronix wireless alarm system since day 1. The batteries are constantly draining in the bell box and this results in warning messages (Siren wireless low battery) and beeping sounds from the alarm panel. Our installer has replaced around 30 batteries and the bell box itself. We’ve spent £2,000 on this system, £430 on chasing faults and replacing batteries. ‘RF switching’ is another fault message we’ve encountered and Pyronix customer services describe this fault as “switching of frequencies due to interference in the environment”. They told me this could be due to LED streetlights in our area or even from an Airport! Wow! How is a customer supposed to deal with this? The Pyronix go-to-market strategy is broken as they rely on 3rd party installers some of whom do not have in depth knowledge of their system. Pyronix is a b2b business and they are slope shouldered when in comes to dealing with customers with chronic technical issues. I’ve had multiple telephone and email exchanges with Pyronix. They expect the end customer to keep shelling out to pay for the investigations around why batteries are draining and why frequencies are switching due to interference in the environment. If I was to start again I would not choose the Pyronix wireless alarm system.
