The deliverey box was open
The deliverey box was open. The courier did not want to check his van to see if parts had fallen out. It wasn't a very professional service.

Would recommend
They rang us to arrange a delivery date. They gave us a time estimation by email. They rang us on the day to let us know they were on there way. They delivered all the items to our back garden. They were friendly and polite when they arrived. We did feel abit sorry for them as we had 9 large boxes and it was such a hot day. We did give them some bottled water when they left. They were brilliant.

The driver was ok
The driver was ok, my rating is purely based on the delivery window given. I was given a window of 7am to 11am. As I was drop 11 of 11 and looking at where the driver was asked to deliver using the maps there was no way that the driver would or been able to deliver to me within the window. I had plans to be somewhere at 1.30pm and could not attend. Please in future give a realistic delivery window.
