Would give minus stars if I could. Another wasted morning waiting in, this time for the collection of the damaged bed base delivered on 31/072026.
Despite being the 5th customer of the day, the driver just arrived (1 hour later than window end) to say that they were unable to take bed as the van was already full! Unbelievable. I cannot believe that Costco use such an incompetent delivery company.
The driver asked me to speak to someone in the office who said will organise the collection for tomorrow. I am skeptical and won't believe it until this damaged bed has gone.
Another day waiting in.

ILLITERACY OR INCOMPETENCE
Ordered a new mattress online, was contacted by AIT home delivery asking which day suited to deliver, thought I’d give them a couple of days grace to be sure I would get it, arranged for today paid for removal of old mattress and packaging paid for new mattress to be taken to the bedroom (yes had to PAY for this) bed stripped, furniture moved to make process as easy as possible. Email today to say it’s not coming. Contacted AIT it’s in Swindon. I suppose Swindon and Lanarkshire are easily mixed up. NOT. I am raging. Now have to remake the bed and WAIT just WAIT to see when it can be delivered. This is total incompetence

Delivery was in the time window given…
Delivery was in the time window given and I had a call 30 minutes before they arrived. The delivery guys were friendly and pleasant but the one negative was the outer packaging was filthy from being inside the lorry, as were their boots, so by the time they had carried the mattress upstairs we had black marks on the walls, ceiling and carpet. Fortunately we've been able to wipe them off as we have washable paint and the marks also vacuumed off the carpet, but maybe they should remove the outer packaging outside before bringing the goods inside. I did suggest this but they declined to do so. Or clean out the back of the lorry?! Seeing this company described as a 'white-glove' service is not very accurate...

Delivery and installation went well but it was only later that I discovered a piece of wooden packing thrown into one of the flowerbeds and several plastic ties left around the front door area.

Delivery drivers above and beyond!
Delivery drivers were courteous, even offering to take their shoes off before entering the house. Sky had told me to inspect the television on delivery to ensure no damage had occurred and the drivers kindly opened the box and lifted it out for me to inspect. So polite and respectful....both a real credit to your organisation. Thank you

Three men all smelling highly of body odour. Only one could speak English. Annoyed when I requested that they set up tv - said they would be late for next appointment. Also took away packing box etc.
