Delivered in day as promised

Delivered in day as promised. What was great was being able to watch the location of the driver to know when he would arrive within the time slot. Although even then he was 15 minutes early.
Guys were friendly and helpful, just what was needed.

Two men refused to put the item in the…

Two men refused to put the item in the place I needed it, claiming they were not allowed to do so. However, their response gave me the impression that they simply didn't want to do it, possibly because they were running late with their deliveries. The delivery was already delayed by 40 minutes, and I was disappointed with their attitude and lack of willingness to help. I didn't appreciate this approach or the way the situation was handled.

The delivery driver was so helpful

The delivery driver was so helpful, as i couldn’t be there to accept it personally and they were concerned about the parcel being left in the rain, i asked them to leave it anyway and they did but they made sure to cover it to protect it. It was such a thoughtful touch that they didn’t need to do, and i was very grateful that they did. Thanks for going the extra mile.
