Delivery drivers were unfriendly
Delivery drivers were unfriendly, unprofessional and even though quite possibly out of their control, they were quite late.
One of the team unloaded when it should have been two due to size and weight of item.
Knocked, delivered and left. Not a smile to be seen and no communication. I have a feeling they are in the wrong job.

XL 8 Drawer Chest
XL 8 Drawer Chest. The item is 111kg so extremely heavy for the two delivery men. It was very carefully delivered to the room of my choice, ground floor. I would say it’s so heavy it would be very difficult to get upstairs for just two people. Excellent service.

Quick and efficient mattress deivery
We were kept informed by e mail and text when our mattress would be delivered.
On the day the driver let us know the expected arrival time for the delivery .
When the 2 delivery men arrived they promptly took the mattress upstairs, then explained exactly what to do and how long to leave the mattress to expand, before removing our old mattress for disposal !
Very impressed with the slick delivery service !
