The delivery was an hour later than the time slot that I’d been sent. They called half a hour before they arrived but there wasn’t an apology or any reasons as to why they were late.
The guy bringing the delivery to the door was very abrupt, which I felt was rude - all in all not a very good customer experience.

I had to make alternative arrangements as I wasn’t able to be there to collect my delivery however I left instructions with my neighbour and she informed me that the guys who delivered my order were very helpful
