Kept me well informed.
Kayak did have a few rips in packing though (no damage to product) and both delivery crew weren’t particularly cheerful or chatty.

It was not great
It was not great, the poor guys delivering my new riser recliner chair were on their 21st delivery out it 28. They were tired and the box with the chair in was enormous and very heavy only just went into the lift. It was almost 4 pm with 7 more drops to do and then drive back from Berkshire to the Midlands, this amounts to slave labour.
The guys themselves were fine and made no complaints.
