Item arrived 3 hours later than the time slot given. My plans for the day were completely messed up.
However, nice delivery people.
There is definitely an issue with delivery time planning.
I think this might be a money saving exercise whereby a crew is given an impossible high numbers of deliveries within an impossible time frame.
Using a company such as this for deliveries does no favours to a highly reputable London department store such as Heals.

Over 4hrs late
Over 4hrs late, did ring but cost me a lot of wasted time and money.
Pre delivery instructions said they would unpack and set up tv, did they hell, just dumped box inside house and cleared off.

Excellent service. Let us informed every str of the delivery, arrived exactly at the time they stated, were courteous and carried the delivery to where we wanted it. The goods arrived with the package in pristine condition. Possibly the best delivery service we have had. Very impressed. If only all delivery companies were as competent.
