Delivery driver notified en route, and arrived during specified time
.But the company itself has a strange policy of not leaving items in safe, secure places. Despite Amazon, DPD, evri , royal mail etc doing so. the delivery was a day later than Dunelm notified, so it was really inconvenient that had to stay in and wait . It could have been necessary to take two days off work!

This incompetent company sent out 2 individuals today who were rude, abusive and threatning. I contain clear evidence to this in which one of the them blatantly makes threatening remarks and have reported it to the police and to a number of local groups. Also says that I signed for the package which I did not. Clearly a breach, the evidence and forged signature is more than enough to get the solicitors involved for these incompetent misfit individuals!

Arrived in the given time slot. Phoned me 15minutes before delivery to let me know he was on his way. Items delivered in good condition and the the driver was courteous, friendly and pleasant despite the 32degree heat! Thank you!

Information about the delivery time slot was emailed so late in the evening, the day before delivery, that I was already asleep and found it on the morning of delivery. Fortunately I was available at the given time but such late notice doesn’t give the recipient chance to make arrangements if they are not able to accept the items within the given delivery time. It could cause big problems!

Delivery guys were great, called ahead of time to let me know what time they'd be there and then again when they were round the corner. Nice helpful friendly service

My goods got damaged in transit so I’m now waiting for it to be collected

My delivery was down for between 1.09pm-3.09pm, I did get a notification via text message that there was a problem with the delivery van, and they would do there best to delivery the same day.
By 6pm I had heard nothing so I sent a message, then called. I was told that I was the next delivery, which took another 45mins.
Not best pleased!

Arrived on time. Polite, efficient and helpful.

Brilliant experience with this delivery company. The driver delivered it directly to the room that the mattress was required in. Saved us having to lift the box up the stairs. Thank you

Delivery notifications all through a call to say eta both delivery men through and careful with my delivery very pleased with how delivery men patiently tried to deliver my purchase unfortunately delivery could not be completed due to my small doorway and they tried so hard to help me thank you for your determination and patience

Delivered on time and kept updating throughout. Even called before delivery to check if we are home.
