Great advice and very knowledgeable, helping me choose the right set of binoculars for my needs

EXCELLENT SERVICE-SECOND TO NONE.I did a part exchange but decided that the binoculars I got were not for me so I returned them for another pair which I am delighted with.The gentleman at ACE OPTICS was happy for me to bring my dog which made things easier for me.I was given expert advice but with no 'Sales pressure' just a relaxed 'Customer centred' service.

Ordered item and paid on Friday. Money taken three days later on Monday. Received confirmation email item has been dispatched Tuesday and item delivered Wednesday. Pleased with item and would order other goods from this vendor.

My initial telephone call was to allay concerns I had about the type of binoculars which would be most suitable for me and my wife. The member of staff I spoke to was extremely polite and suggested it would be best for me to speak to the Manager and would get him to ring me when he was free. The Manager, Ian called back promptly and proved really helpful, enabling me to make an informed choice. I therefore purchased a pair of Leica Ultravid 10x25 BL binoculars. They are superb thank you so much.

We visited the store to try out the binoculars before trying other makes that Ace didn't have in stock elsewhere. Ace were really patient and couldn't have been more helpful. Having later decided on the make, we ordered them from the Ace website, and the delivery was prompt.
Can't praise them highly enough.
