Well packaged, delivered promptly

Ace were very responsive, delivered the item promptly and were kind enough to confirm the address, which I’d input incorrectly. I would definitely recommend using them.

Everything went very well except for DPD who left a £2K "cannot be left safe" package outside my front door without even ringing the doorbell. Haven't these drivers heard of doorcams? I have the whole delivery on video.

I ordered a used Leica Apo 62 - telescope from Ace as a like for like replacement for one I had damaged after 20 years of very heavy use.
I could not be happier with a second hand replacement Leica Apo from Ace Optics. It is absolutely perfect, just like new. The telescope is pristine, sharp and bright as the day it was made.
The delivery was good too, it was ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday - this is really fast especially considering I live in a very remote part of the UK. Well done ACE. Brilliant service and product.
