Quick, efficient and kept informed. Just one slight thing I have noticed is there are a lot of calls that means you are repeating information but it’s better to give too much info than not enough!

Tom was my call handler and he was amazingly warm from the off. He was very re-assuring in his manner and kept asking if I was ok throughout the conversation. I made the call straight after the accident and so other drivers spoke to Tom and he also helped them at the same time which was great support.
Data checks were made first obviously.
Tom deserves a incentive reward or bonus, and can I add that Simon and Josh were also brilliant when I contacted them too. I have never had a crash before but people tell me how stressful sorting out the insurance and courtesy car is etc. I've got to say that I felt the support I received was seamless from Tom on the day and he sounds like a genuinely lovely person, that his family are probably very proud of, and I wish him well... Tom even called me a few days later to check I was ok, which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated.

I was involved in a car accident where someone rear-ended me. When I phoned to report it, I was told it was a no-fault claim. This happened on a Tuesday. Then, after some questions and uploading images, my case was up and running. By the next day my car was collected, and I received my courtesy car. Everyone involved was super friendly and made the process very easy.

Quick to resolve any problems, no need for an insurance rise or affect to the no claim bonus, lovely staff and quick response times
