Bought a watch from them and the day the pocket came i opened it and there was no watch. Wasted 159 euros for them just to give me an empty box. So i called them and told them about the situation and they told me that they will an email about the situation. I received an email from them and they told me "the day when the watch left the place they already weighted it saying it was 0.50kg" and then in the end they told me "Know that we cant help you after that". Now really how can you take my money without giving me my watch. How does this make you a good e-shop site? In my eyes all i see is thieves and the customer service are way too lazy to find a solution. Maybe if you start firing people who dont give a crap about their job would also be a great idea. And check all of your workers because my nose tells me someone from the inside took it for themselves. Absolute disgrace from a "very trusted" online shopping site
