Horrible left at the bottom of my building right next to the elevator, not on my floor or outside my door. Very unsafe! Anyone could have just taken my package!

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern. The delivery was booked with a digital one-time authorization, which you signed, allowing us to leave the parcel without a signature. I also saw that no floor information was provided, which is why the parcel was placed at the building entrance.
