Bought 2 lithographs on Tradea, which seller handed over to Schenker Malmö om March 1st 2026 for shipping to me in Denmark. According to Schenkers tracking, the parcel never left Schenker Malmö and Schenker has apparently no idea where the parcel is 3 weeks later. I have previosuly bought items at Tradera and chosen Schenker for transport - but never again Schenker. They were once good and reliable but after they were taken over by the danish DSV they are a disaster

I was waiting two parcels from DELL and although they were bought at different dates, DB Schenker delivered them to me, promptly at the same day!

Why cant we choose our own delivery location. Temu always find the wrong delivery location n its long from my apartment. Why not do it like Postnord, where we can choose n transfer to the nearest location for pick up. Its being more than 10 times. I hv called DBS office nut they cannot do anything. Told to call Temu but Temut dont know which is the nearest location to my apartment. Very disappointed.

Only trouble. Especially when living in Southern lappland in Northern Sweden. And especially when you get a package from GLS (which Schenker takes and should deliver)
It takes a crazy amount of time for them to actually deliver and rarely get any updates. Rarely get a notification where they are going to deliver (at home or what service point).
They actually lost a package at the moment while im typing this. Insane..
And ACTUALLY have hearing damage and a permanent buzz in my left ear permanently because of when i was calling their customer service for another one of their fck ups, the volume difference from the waiting music to the beeptone was about 20 fold and damages my ear.
If you can avoid Schenker in Sweden.

I had to travel to another city to pick up my package—that's unthinkable! The nearest terminal was in another city, 60 km from my delivery address. Why can't I give a -5 star review?

The delivery was was more than three hours late and I was not contacted an hour before (I payed extra for that service!)
Why ask people to book between 9h-12h if you know in advance you won’t make it in time? Very unprofessional.

The driver today, in the middle of the snow left the package with a big smile.

If there were a 0-star option, I would choose it. The service was terrible. My parcel has been stuck in Malmö for 3 weeks. They are not supportive in finding my parcel. They doesn't seem to care about customers at all. This is how they responded after I had called continuously for 2 weeks. "The case will not be expedited by contacting us." ???
The Customer support is constantly lying. Sometimes they claim the package has already passed through the Czech Republic, even though I clearly emailed GLS Czech and received a response that the package is still in Malmö. Other times they said that there are 10,000 people in the same situation as me. I don't believe 10,000 packages are all caught in this vicious cycle. This makes me wonder if they're really working hard. If they truly can't deliver it, then don't accept the package at the beginning
