We ordered a few bits from here however after only wearing them less than a week the crystals all fell off the black sliders at the edge and the bow on the pink slidders fell off one shoe the very first day they were worn. This was the first time we brought from here and it's very disappointing as it's very expensive you would expect it to last a lot longer. Haven't managed to be Abel to make contact either.

Would rather give them a 0!! WORSE company every! All incompetent! Don't address what your saying! All have an attitude problem! Refuse to get a manager to contact you! Refuse to put you through to someone actually in the UK and not in a call room in India! Manager in India apparently was dealing with it would sort it and call me back 5 days later nothing! All lie! All tell you different things! Crap service been reporting it over a year still not been sorted! Can contact anyone based in the UK! Nobody seems to have a clue what they Are doing! I am demanding to leave this contract with no fees considering you do not fulfill your requirements! AVOID at all costs! Useless and need closing down! Was actually refused someone calling me! Complete joke may as well be owned and run by a toddler!
