Bad customer service

Whenever I call air Liquide the receptionists are either in training and don’t know the answer to any questions, or treat me like a huge inconvenience. At least the ones in training are polite, the other ones are just rude and unfriendly. Im sorry I have a terminal illness that requires their product, a product that I have to pay for, is it too hard to be kind? I can’t believe they treat their customers like this

Disappointing

No e mail confirmation on payment made me think I’d been scammed, contacted them through social media so then they then did send an invoice. Was reassured. The undies came, the price was great, but they run very small I won’t wear them. Nice and soft if they were a more generous fit.

Great customer service

Excellent customer service. Were unable to send me the rose Id ordered so sent my chosen replacement, along with two other beautiful roses,to make up for it. Very happy

Appalling returns policy

Appalling returns policy, customer service can barely speak English. Paid $15 for a returns label only to be told I won’t receive it - by e mail, for 24 hours. When I’ve returned it I then have to phone them when THEY receive it, to organise a refund. Could sending back a pair of ill fitting trousers be any more complex? Will never shop with millers online again
