Bad customer service

Whenever I call air Liquide the receptionists are either in training and don’t know the answer to any questions, or treat me like a huge inconvenience. At least the ones in training are polite, the other ones are just rude and unfriendly. Im sorry I have a terminal illness that requires their product, a product that I have to pay for, is it too hard to be kind? I can’t believe they treat their customers like this
