WATCH YOUR DEPOSIT

This company at Walton on Thames clearly sides with the landlord on post tenancy inspections . They allow the landlord to interfere in the inspectors report claiming wear and tear issues, claiming things the landlord and myself had agreed on previously and taking a very large portion of the deposit .. clearly on the landlords side for obvious reasons .. watch your deposit unscrupulous landlords will rip you off as nd hodders will back them

Top to bottom incompetence and attitude

Delivery drivers are really rude incompetent confrontational abusive and threatening.
Then when you complain to their management they are just as bad trying to dictate what their drivers can do on private property. Unbelievably arrogant and argumentative.. driver of vehicle WD 68 OPS today now banned from
My site as a result of his behaviour . As for his manager well I certainly would never use this company in a million years . Of there was a 0 innthe ratings or minus 10 that’s what I would give .. if they return I’ll call the police and have them for trespass . Who hails the gall to tell private property owners how to manage their signposted private areas ..

Never use this company very dishonest

Opodo be very careful of this dishonest company .. they guide You what to do then when there is a mistake they renage on their refund agreement and just steal your ticket money .. 4 months later still fighting for my money every excuse and delaying tactic.. they will reply to this complaint saying there’s a message in my junk Mail .. total
Lie no messages no contact t just steal my money .. NEVER USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY .. You will lose your ticket money .. warning warning warning . They also try deduct some monthly fee off your card which was never signed for . Plain dishonest company.. they replied with the exact expectation .. sorry about your experience .. no contact no solution no nothing just a message to make it look like they care .. customer service can’t staff efficiency very bad sadly

Opodo is a dishonest company don’t touch them

Booked December inadvertently booked both tickets in the same name. Opodo TOLD me to cancel the flights they would refund the full amount .. after 8 phone calls of ever changing stories offers they have proven they are nothing but a total rip off .. now today they take £59.99 more claiming I joined a prestige club which was never the case .. my tickets were never used after their dishonest service and I booked cheaper elsewhere .. you phone these criminals and all they do is lie promise things but nothing happens .. anyone using this circus act should contact me first to get an idea of how they take your money .. don’t risk dealing with these crooked dishonest unethical clowns .. be prepared for the WORST service ever .. money stealers by scams.. now they claim they replied via e Mail to make it look like they are concerned .. no e Mail no
Message no return call to chat to management as promised just silence .. the dishonesty continues.. first sign this is a scam company
