Ist Choice quickly found the spare I was looking for and the supplier was very good (when I phoned) at making sure the item was right. So overall !st Choice are a great way of sourcing the spares you require. The service was let down by not receiving any emails in answer to my question re returning the item.

Being partially disabled and finding it difficult to walk and get up and down with chairs with no arm the staff (and another customer) went to every effort to find and move the chair to the different areas I needed to be. The gentleman from the Hearing Dept even joined in making sure I was looked after. I can't thank every member of staff I dealt with for their help and understanding. The reason I used Boots Opticians was they have done an excellent job and today was no different with careful, thoughtful and explained testing.

Proved to be not too straight forward but Jon Allen (Swift Heating Ltd) overcame all problems and did a very professional job at the same time being aware of my disabilities. The boiler was changed along with extras like pump and filter and now looks way better than my original boiler set up.

Always found Octopus look after their customer and offer very reasonable tariffs - also I have considered solar panels and the company I am talking too considers Octopus to be one of the best.

Having been a Jaguar S Type enthusiast since 1975 and owning 3 previous Jaguar S Types it seemed sensible to buy my next from another Jaguar enthusiast Jag West London (timelessmotorcars.co.uk). My decision proved to be perfectly correct. They had a loverly looking 2005 Jaguar S type Executive 3.0 in Radiant Red that I showed interest in. From my first contact Danny Sangar made sure all my questions were answered quickly and professionally with backup photographs so I decided to buy. The service Danny offered did not stop there. He organised the change of registration plate to my personalised number and sorted out motor tax so that the minute I received the car (subject to me getting insurance) I was able to drive it immediately. Danny even sorted out delivery and I received a beautifully valeted car without having done anything myself. This without doubt has been the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. I can’t thank Danny and TimelessMotorcars enough.

Easy to contact for a quote, the quote was the best, pickup easily arranged, they arrived to pickup when they said and the money was in my bank before they left - fantastic service - the car was for scrap but I understand they buy too.

Good bank to easily transfer funds in and out (they always confirm transactions by email) Competitive saving rate. Easy to use web page.

Scraped a 0ne star because one of customer service dealt with sample request quickly, but I sadly never received them.
The products that they sell maybe good but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Delivery well packaged. To early to assess actual products but if service anything to go by should be good too.
