Went to Weymouth two weeks ago got to be honest .first day was terrible from setting off in morning at7 clock to arriving because of traffic at 6/30thrn to practically be thrown in the dining room it was awful my husband and myself couldn't cheat anything far to rushed the staff did there best but I have got to be honest the hotel definitely need totally a complete refurbished you wouldn't mind if it was clean but I am sorry to say it wasn't and also the rest of the week we ended up eating all our meals out the entertainment was good I know you can't expect give star but come on it's 2025 the worst hotel I have been in for a long time

To be honest the quality of purchasing and also to me reasonable prices plus love the styles plenty of choice and the fit is good

Holiday to Scarborough and whity went to some lovely places hotel was quite dated but very clean staff were brilliant entertainment was also good but this time at the interchange with didn't have a shearings coach it was pats coaches my husband really suffered definitely not enough room on them even for someone without knee problems no good at all definitely not enough room very uncomfortable

Order a Xmas gift I have been in all day I have a door bell only late tonight when I had a visitor my gift had been left on my doorstep all the packing absolutely soden it poured down today to me that it really bad customer service I work in it my self that is not professional at all if is a gift for my grandchild I have ordered a lot of Amazon over the years and i have still got items to come if it happens again i will not be pleased

To be honest a few things hotel was lovely good food never been to bruge before beautiful and most of all great coach drivers Dave and Chris gave us lots of information also made it fun this hotel is not to far to the restaurant and bars shops good position you can get a tram outside the hotel if you have difficulty walking around plus not far from seafront neither

From going in the studio speaking to Naomi it was brilliant customer service fab and the guys what a amazing jop they have done so please with my fireplace now it's great brilliant team I would certainly recommend this company

To be honest this was our first time traveling with Alfa the start wastent great because we got picked up 40minutes late I was panicking wandering what was wrong then I phoned up the traffic was busy then while I was on the phoned the driver pulled up he just said can't help it it's the traffic went to burtonwood so I thought oh we will get a cup of tea hear but the driver said you only had time for the toilet then gets on the coach didn't see the driver on our main coach must of been outside somewhere then sat there for fifteen minutes apparently he was waiting for someone I wasn't happy because I was told we didn't have any time anyway he got on and just said right I have to go I was shocked I thought normally he should of done a safety check I have been on a lot of coach trips only went away for five days to be honest the driver did not have good people skills at all never communicated much at all but i have to say the hotel the hotel staff was one of the best i have been in cant fault the food or entertainment spot on for cleanliness the place its self porth cawl lovely small but quaint and not to busy

The first thing I have to mention is our coach driver brilliant customer service kept us informed of everything all along the way really pleasent Jason can not fault him at all the trips out were good but the hotel that we stayed in the Broadway park the staff what staff there was really did there best but I personally think the management was very poor definitely not enough people there for it to run rightly

First of all I would like to say brilliant coach driver called Martin very cheerful the hotel was nice and also great staff only down side was outside hotel there was no shops. But to get to shops there is bus stop right outside hotel to take you into Newquay to walk about 30/45minites the trips we went on were brilliant also food in hotel lovely good value for what you pay
