The app is not easy to use, the card was not accepted abroad when I needed it, I can't find a way of returning my euros from the card to my bank account. Monzo from now on!

Prompt service, Justin arrived quickly and solved the outsidecdrain blockage quickly. He was friendly and polite and cleaned up with disinfectant afterwards as I have children at home. Very pleased with the whole experience plus I was charged exactly what I'd been quoted when I first spoke to Dynorod. Will recommend.

Recommended by Pygott and Crone so followed the recommendation. Not great service but they completed the sale for us. The online platform was a little clunky to use. What was frustrating was 2 of us were selling jointly yet only 1 could access the platform. We gad to ask for everything to be emailed so we could both be kept informed. This only added a further level of inefficiency as not all emails were sent as promised. Stonebow muddled us up so we are still getting emails addressed to the wrong person (including the request to review!) The messaging option wasn't as prompt as we'd have liked but at the end of the day, the house was sold so job done.

Stoake are a small, friendly company who were great to deal with from start to finish. Communication from the outset was always prompt and courteous. Nye answered all my questions in a comprehensive way and couldn't have been more helpful. The guys who installed my log burner were lovely, they did a great job, they kept me informed about how long it would all take and they were extremely tidy and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. I was happy to have them working in my house, I always felt very comfortable and at ease.
I had an unforeseen issue where my new granite hearth had an invisible fault and it cracked a couple of days after installation. Nye bent over backwards to get it replaced as soon as was convenient on my part. I'm delighted with my log burner and beautiful granite hearth and I'm so pleased I chose Stoake to do the job. Cosy Christmas, here we come!

The lemon tree was a gift for a friend. It arrived promptly, I was kept informed of its journey, it was very carefully packed. The tree is excellent quality and a good size and shape. My friend is very happy!

My order was missing batteries. I contacted Lights for Fun and in less than 24hours my batteries were delivered! Amazing customer service, prompt email replies even though it was late in the afternoon, polite and courteous staff. I thoroughly recommend this company.
