Stoake are a small, friendly company who were great to deal with from start to finish. Communication from the outset was always prompt and courteous. Nye answered all my questions in a comprehensive way and couldn't have been more helpful. The guys who installed my log burner were lovely, they did a great job, they kept me informed about how long it would all take and they were extremely tidy and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. I was happy to have them working in my house, I always felt very comfortable and at ease.
I had an unforeseen issue where my new granite hearth had an invisible fault and it cracked a couple of days after installation. Nye bent over backwards to get it replaced as soon as was convenient on my part. I'm delighted with my log burner and beautiful granite hearth and I'm so pleased I chose Stoake to do the job.
