Review of Trading 212
I have had nothing but good experiences using 212 over the last two years. I've successfully and very easily withdrawn funds, the interest rates a favourable, and in general it's become a key aspect of managing my finances.

Review of Lepetexpress
No review could do them justice after our experience.
We arrived at our station quite early, but so did Stephane. He took our excess luggage, went over our paperwork well in advance, and directed us to a nearby village so we could walk our dog while we waited.
The drive and border crossing was phenomenal. It was clear Stephane maintained a great rapport with most of the staff, ensuring we were fully compliant with border procedures while also making everything as smooth and efficient as possible for everyone involved.
The service was top shelf, but Stephane brought so much more than that to the table. He was welcoming, friendly, courteous, and as it would happen - an incredibly good driver.
Cannot recommend them enough, one of the highlights of our entire journey. Above and beyond anything we could have expected.
Review of DPD UK
Without fail have either handed us the package or left it where we'd asked them too. We order food for our dog every couple months and have never had an issue.
Review of Parcel Monkey UK
still sad because I had to find a way to print my own labels. I'd pay double if you could just pick up my package and get it where it's going, because the delivery service selection itself was solid.
So close to a perfect solution to the problem that is shipping international! But don't let perfect be the enemy of good, these guys simplified the process immensely. Strong recommend.
Review of Vektra
listen, I like where they are coming from; this is a good thought.
but it's a terrible, horrible kettle and it's very expensive for something that fails at the only job it has.
pours terribly, burns your thumb while holding it open - it's just a terrible kettle.
Being a moron, I recycled the box along with the other holiday stuff and now I'm out over £100.
Review of Yora Pet Foods
tldr: great stuff, dogs love it and their digestive health has never been better. Have been using them for dry food for around 6 months, wet food for about a month or 2 now.
long version:
we'd had our dogs on a combo of Yora dry food (senior) and wet/meaty food from another provider (also senior). Our dogs frequently had bile vomit in the morning, and one would sometimes refuse to eat. Their bowel movements were inconsistent and sometimes would become concerning.
After Yora introduced their wet food, we decided to switch them over to that, and the difference has been night and day.
Both dogs always finish their meals, love the taste, and have never had better digestive health.
The recyclable packaging and sustainable model are such an immense cherry on top of everything.
Review of Moonpig.com
how to be a 5-star business: do something really simple, really, really well.
I work in tech. Using the card creator is simple and intuitive, with enough freedom to feel involved.
My parents *do not* work in tech. They have used the custom card creator several times. They have found it as easy as I have.
Let me repeat: Moonpig made a web interface my parents find intuitive to use to make custom content.
Have been using them for a couple of years now, has been very consistent quality.

Review of Incogni
As someone who is passionate about privacy, but not a data or legal expert - I was wondering to myself "I wonder how much Incogni actually does" and then I got an email from an angry data hoarding company warning me about how hostile Incogni was.
So that answered my question. Keep up the good work, folks.

Review of Lily's Kitchen
owned by Nestle, never mentioned on your website that your "non-greenwashing", socially minded company was owned by slavers and exploiters.
2 stars because I did receive dog food, but I feel completely lied to and disgusted.

So far our experience has been wonderful, I look forward to having more concrete things to highlight but we've only just registered and VERY suddenly needed their services much sooner than expected.
Review of Sip Champagnes
*reduced to 3 stars*
I'm wildly confused by the response to this review. Imagine being given 5 stars for value for money, being praised from top to bottom, and feeling the need to "correct it" by addressing the....value for money.
So, sure, let's re-assess my "typo":
If you buy Recolte Noire, Zero Dosage Champagne Dosnon from Sip, it's £55.
If you buy it from Roberson Wine, it's £47
So yes, the response to this review is correct, but only because you've marked it up in your own store :)
Let's check another, why not?
The bottles of Bonnaire Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut or the Bonnaire 'Variance' Blanc de Blancs Brut consistently go for £36-£37 on other websites.
So, thanks for setting me straight - you're right! Your bottles are actually more expensive. Still a good service, though.
Really appreciate you taking the time to make sure I double-checked those prices and caught that typo.
original review:
Wonderful service, and when I no longer needed it (sadly) they cancelled it without fuss.
Who just cancels your subscription without making you go through a bunch of robocalls and hold music?
The sub cost £50. The bottles they sent cost nearly £50.
Legitimately baffled by just how good this service was.

Review of Wayfair UK
edit: updated - 1 star
Wayfair gladly took roughly £2000 of my household's money over the years, and when I shared my experiences here (3 stars, accurate and fair review) they decided the best way to deal with it was to report the review as FAKE to Trustpilot.
This was such a blatant and obvious effort to undermine consumer voice, and I will be informing anyone and everyone I know that this is how Wayfair conducts business.
In my original review I specifically used the words "relying on them because I had no other choice" and "trust is nearly zero" - I'd like to give Wayfair a huge thanks for bringing that trust well below zero, and finally giving me the nudge I needed to completely drop them as a company.
original review:
half the photos on a product page aren't even the same item, you'll be recommended the exact same item for a completely different price...and you never actually know what you're going to receive in the mail.
1 star added because customer service was helpful
1 star added because we do still have furniture, after all
but overall, my trust in this website/company is near zero. I'm only relying on them because I had no other choice.

Ordered stuff online, paid a fair price, arrived later in the week. Couldn't have asked for an easier experience.
Look forward to relying on them in the future as our home-reno projects develop.

Review of National Broadband
I was moving quite a bit while working from home with my partner, and this saved us from having to deal with broadband providers full-stop.
We'd used the service in 4 different addresses for about 2 years, and it was always very reliable for working from home.
There was some packet loss issues during high traffic times (we lived very close to a high-density area) but it still very much achieved what we needed.
I don't recommend it for high-demand online gaming or ultra-HD streaming, but to be able to work from home - any home - for 35£ a month is incredible.
Excellent service and a strong recommendation.

Review of Thameswater
I created an account after moving, got everything setup, got the emails from Thames Water to confirm it all...and several months later I receive a letter for £500+.
I start trying to figure out why, I'd set up direct deposit to make sure this was all automated. I go to log into my account, and it simply says "NO DATA FOUND". Since every link on the website is broken, and since the "contact us" page literally doesn't exist, I had to figure this all out by myself.
It took me a while, but eventually I figured out Thames Water's paper bill had a completely different account ID, and name, than that of the emails I received from them several months ago.
So now I've had to "create a new account" to match the details they have on this duplicate account in order to pay my accumulated bill on my alternative email. They're lucky I had one for Paypal already set up.
Absolute joke. How on earth did you guys duplicate my account like this? After confirming everything from registration to direct debit?
It's beyond useless - I handled all the paperwork, all you had to do was let my money come in, and somehow, some way, you screwed that up. To think this could have had an impact on my - and to anyone else it happened to - credit score over some stupid mistake in your broken website infrastructure.

Review of Simba Sleep
Excellent mattress!
We got the whole setup - pillows, duvet, cover, etc, and they've been great.
Easy to open + setup. We bought it before moving at it was WAY easier than trying to lug around a loose mattress, so strongly recommend it if you're buying a first/new mattress for a new home.
Delivery guys were lovely. All around great purchase, recommended.
Review of DHL Express UK
Drops off my parcel for pickup, tells me o only need ID. Guy at the pickup needs a code. DHL keeps saying it's in my email or texts - it's not. It just says "bring ID".
Useless. Stop shipping with DHL!

Review of Virgin Media
We were working from home using my landlord's internet after first moving in. We went to set up our own account, and they told us it would begin 2 weeks later, at the start of the next month.
But they also killed my landlord's connection during those two weeks while we were working from home.
After getting in touch they told us it was impossible to reverse, and we lost 2 weeks of work.
Now that I'm finally cancelling, they're making it impossible to do so - but I know damn well if I was setting up a new account they'd cancel whoever had one at the address in an instant.
Absolute snakes. Only giving 2 stars because the service was OK during the contract, but it's absolutely not worth dealing with them. Go elsewhere where you're treated like a human. This company is garbage.
