Where is the folksam Customer Service?
Titel: Väntar fortfarande på återbetalning sedan december – mycket besviken
Jag skriver detta omdöme av ren frustration över ett olöst ärende med Folksam Försäkring. Jag har sedan den 13 december 2024 väntat på återbetalningen av en betald premie för min bilförsäkring – en återbetalning som fortfarande inte har kommit.
Trots flera försök att kontakta er kundtjänst per telefon, har inget hänt. Det finns ingen tillgänglig e-postadress för kundärenden, och chattfunktionen på er hemsida fungerar inte för personer som inte talar svenska. Detta gör det i princip omöjligt att få hjälp.
Jag begär nu att en ansvarig chef (inte en vanlig medarbetare) kontaktar mig direkt på 073 753 2680 för att omedelbart ge order om att utbetala den försenade återbetalningen som är obetald sedan december 2024. Jag ger gärna fler detaljer under telefonsamtalet.
Jag är mycket besviken på Folksams kundservice. Det verkar som om kundservice inte tas på allvar alls, och jag känner mig både ignorerad och dåligt behandlad.
Jag hoppas verkligen att någon med rätt befogenhet agerar snabbt och visar att Folksam är ett företag som värnar om sina kunder. Det är dags att ta detta pinsamma missförstånd på allvar och lösa situationen.

Frustrating Experience with Folksam - Refund Delays and Lack of Transparency
I would like to express my deep disappointment with the current system for rating consumer creditworthiness versus how businesses are treated, especially when they owe refunds or credits. It seems unfair that businesses like Folksam, which owe money to consumers, are not rated or held accountable in the same way as consumers.
As a consumer, I believe businesses should also be rated publicly, particularly in areas where they are responsible for fast refunds and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my personal experience with Folksam has been extremely frustrating. I have been waiting for a refund since mid-December, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I am still without my money.
The lack of communication, transparency, and progress from Folksam has been incredibly distressing. I’ve had to repeatedly chase my refund with no clear resolution, which has only caused frustration and anger. It is upsetting that a company of this size and reputation can delay refunds for such a long period without any accountability.
I strongly believe businesses that owe refunds should be rated on platforms like Trustpilot so that consumers can make more informed decisions and avoid companies that fail to meet their obligations. I hope this feedback will encourage improvements in how businesses are held accountable for customer satisfaction and financial fairness.

Disappointed with Folksam’s Unprofessional Handling of My Refund
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and efficiency in Folksam’s handling of my refund. Despite multiple attempts over the past two months to resolve the issue, I have been met with repeated failures, delays, and a lack of accountability.
What I expected was a straightforward and timely refund process. Instead, I have faced unfulfilled promises, inadequate responses, and an overall dismissive attitude toward my concerns. What’s even more frustrating is the absence of a sincere apology or a genuine effort to correct their mistake. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly chase a company to simply do what is right.
This experience has left me feeling undervalued and poorly treated. A company that claims to prioritize customer service should act with integrity, efficiency, and respect for its clients’ time. Unfortunately, Folksam has failed in all these aspects. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service, so future customers do not have to endure the same frustration.
Would I recommend Folksam based on this experience? Absolutely not.

February 6, 2025 – Customer Service Experience with Folksam
At 9:05 AM, I called Folksam's English customer service and was assisted by a representative named Shareen. Unfortunately, the interaction was not a positive one. Rather than providing assistance in a professional and customer-friendly manner, Shareen's approach was rigid and unaccommodating, focusing strictly on rules without offering any real support or solutions.
A well-trained and courteous customer service representative should communicate policies with empathy and understanding, rather than sounding authoritative or dismissive. However, in this case, the conversation felt more like an enforcement of regulations rather than an effort to assist a paying customer. Her tone and attitude made the interaction feel adversarial rather than helpful, leaving me both dissatisfied and offended by the lack of professionalism and customer care.
