We were disappointed in the location as we had a sewer outside our apartment. Faulty kettle, shower curtain fell down, we asked for a slip mat for bath as getting shower was not safe. Bathroom needs updating.

The bathroom and toilet were both tiled and updated as well as the floors, the work that was done was excellent. John (Gas Rated Heating) was very detailed in his work and produced a very high standard of workmanship.definitely recommend him.
Always very prompt delivery and pick up. The only concern I have this time is that the skip was not the best and there was a rusted panel on one side with a large hole where a lot of stuff came out.

I ordered 2 beds and waited 5 weeks for delivery, on delivery one of the beds was water damaged, the replacement took a further 5 weeks and when it arrived a drawer in the bed was damaged so i had to wait a further 5vweeks for a replacement drawer. No apology, no offer of a discount, nothing. Based on my experience, would I recommend Bensons, I don't think so.

I waited for a while to make sure everything was ok and I am happy to say it is. I got my fire and surround fitted in November and the gentlemen in the shop were friendly and helpful. The lads that fitted the fire were quick and tidy. I will be going back shortly to order another gas fire.
