I ordered 2 beds and waited 5 weeks for…

I ordered 2 beds and waited 5 weeks for delivery, on delivery one of the beds was water damaged, the replacement took a further 5 weeks and when it arrived a drawer in the bed was damaged so i had to wait a further 5vweeks for a replacement drawer. No apology, no offer of a discount, nothing. Based on my experience, would I recommend Bensons, I don't think so.
