A very frustrating purchase .
I ordered a pair of boots online for click and collect. I received an email within half an hour to say the boots were ready to collect. I went to collect the boots. They weren't there, the assistant told me they hadn't left the warehouse. I bought a pair from the shop, I asked if when my original order arrived, could it be returned and refunded . I was told I would need to go back to the store to collect the boots and return them as a signature was needed to refund. I had travelled 6 miles to the store, I was rather annoyed. The assistant told me to call customer services, she couldn't call for me as there were issues with their phone. She gave me a number to call. I was on hold 30 mins, I lost patience and hung up. I queried the number with the assistant She gave me another one to call. I eventually got through. The agent said she would refund my account. The refund hit my account in 3 days. I've just had an e mail to say my original order is on the way. !! Needless to say I am very dis satisfied customer.
