A very frustrating purchase .

I ordered a pair of boots online for click and collect. I received an email within half an hour to say the boots were ready to collect. I went to collect the boots. They weren't there, the assistant told me they hadn't left the warehouse. I bought a pair from the shop, I asked if when my original order arrived, could it be returned and refunded . I was told I would need to go back to the store to collect the boots and return them as a signature was needed to refund. I had travelled 6 miles to the store, I was rather annoyed. The assistant told me to call customer services, she couldn't call for me as there were issues with their phone. She gave me a number to call. I was on hold 30 mins, I lost patience and hung up. I queried the number with the assistant She gave me another one to call. I eventually got through. The agent said she would refund my account. The refund hit my account in 3 days. I've just had an e mail to say my original order is on the way. !! Needless to say I am very dis satisfied customer.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the mix-up with your click and collect order and the extra travel you had to make.

It appears that the order for click and collect was sent to the warehouse for despatch rather than the store holding the item for you. Please accept my sincerest apologies for this error. Rest assured we will raise this with the store to ensure that process are followed to ensure that this does not happen again.

I can confirm your refund has been issued back to your original payment card with funds usually clearing within 3-5 working days.

The dress is lovely

The dress is lovely. However, I have given 3 stars as there was a fault on the collar. There was too much material in the collar lining, causing it to hang below the collar at the back and causing the centre seam to be uneven. I have kept the dress and amended the fault as didn't want the hassle of returning and reordering.

Don't even go there !!!

I would avoid this company like the plague. They advertise a customer service telephone number which is actually out of service. The only way to make contact is by live chat. It took me 3 attempts over 3 hours to have my issue resolved. I bought a home contents only policy. On checking the policy, immediately after the documents had been loaded to my account, I realised I had made an error with my date of birth. I called the non existent help line. I then tried the live chat, number 8 in the queue. Eventually I made contact with an advisor. I explained the situation. The advisor delayed addressing my issue by attempting to sell me upgrades. After 50 mins i was told my date of birth could be amended, but the premium would increase by £70, including a fee of £39.99 for the amendment. In my disgust I said I will cancel the policy under the 14 day cooling off conditions. I was told there would be a charge from the insurer for the time I was insured plus £49.99 for the set up fee. Whilst typing my lengthy reply I was cut off. I went on to the portal to cancel the policy. I was unable to cancel without speaking to them !!! I attempted the live chat again. Number 8 in the queue. I eventually made contact with the same advisor. I was cut off again whilst typing. I tried live chat again, number 9 in the queue. I eventually made contact. Rather than cancelling, the advisor tried to sell me an alternative policy . I insisted on cancelling. The advisor cancelled the policy, charging me £49.99 set up fee. I honestly don't know how this company is getting away with such a shoddy customer service.

An excellent delivery service from…

An excellent delivery service from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the process. The tracker facility is very good, it enabled me to plan my time.
The driver rang 20 mins prior to arrival. They arrived on time. Two very pleasant friendly lads. They carried the item from the van into the room of our choice. I would highly recommend the company.

Good overall experience.

The check in went very smoothly. The flight was on time. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The plane was clean and tidy. A pleasant experience overall.

The assistant was polite, the price of perfume is good. I have scored 3 as I couldn't get a receipt without supplying my e mail address. Luckily I have an e mail address. Not everyone does. This is discriminating against people these people.

A good customer experience.

We made an appointment to view a property. We received E mails to confirm the appointment and the name of the person who would be meeting us. We also received a reminder E Mail on the day of the viewing.
We were met at the property by Nev Lyon. He was very smart in appearance and professional. He was polite and friendly, easy to talk to, providing us with relevant information and not pushy in his approach.
