Neil from ERSS is a true shining light in today's world of corner-cutting and sub-standard customer care. Not only did he examine our home-to-be with a fine-tooth comb but he was generous enough to spend time on the phone with me discussing all its 'issues', actual and potential. I feel like I have an in-depth knowledge of the property and a raft of advice from Neil on its upkeep for years to come. On top of that, he was better value than all the other companies I contacted! What's not to love? If you are sick of trawling the internet for a surveyor, you can stop now and just hire Neil. You won't regret it. 😉

It's rare to find a speaker who gets the balance right but Steve Carr is one such gem. He listens as much as he talks, delivering essential information whilst making the time to involve audience members in a genuine dialogue. He knows his subject matter thoroughly but is open to learning from his audience as much as teaching them. Most importantly of all, he cares. Deeply. Having experienced his own mental health challenges, this topic is his passion and it shows. As well as being skilled in his craft, Steve is one of the most engaging, genuine and relatable speakers I've ever listened to.
