Neil from ERSS is a true shining light in today's world of corner-cutting and sub-standard customer care. Not only did he examine our home-to-be with a fine-tooth comb but he was generous enough to spend time on the phone with me discussing all its 'issues', actual and potential. I feel like I have an in-depth knowledge of the property and a raft of advice from Neil on its upkeep for years to come. On top of that, he was better value than all the other companies I contacted!
